Short answer: Yazhi stated explicitly that she strongly believes there are unreal people outside Earth as well, because the non-terrestrial Matrix shares attributes with the terrestrial Matrix and both are structured in the same way (Transcript 320). However, she acknowledged that this is not the consensus view among the Taygetans — the conventional position is that there are no unreal people outside Earth. The material also makes clear that Earth has a unique additional layer of digital manipulation via the Moon and Van Allen belts that amplifies the phenomenon. So while the NPC phenomenon is likely universal, the extreme ratio seen on Earth — roughly one real person in five — may be specific to Earth's particular Matrix conditions. Other planets would have their own Matrix conditions and their own ratios, but without the same artificial amplification.
Yazhi's position: NPCs exist outside Earth
In Transcript 320, Yazhi addressed this directly. She stated that there is Matrix outside the Earth, and that the non-terrestrial Matrix shares attributes with the terrestrial Matrix by interfering and influencing each other. Her conclusion was clear: if it is also a Matrix out here, there must be unreal people as well since both Matrixes are structured in the same way and create each other.
When Gosia pointed out that Earth's Matrix has an additional layer of digital manipulation — the technological overlay created by the Moon, the Van Allen belts, and the lunar mainframe — Yazhi acknowledged this but pushed further, saying she did not see why that would not also apply outside, outside the Earth (Transcript 320).
However, she was also careful to frame this as her own strong belief rather than established fact. She noted that out here it is said that there are no unreal people outside Earth — meaning the Taygetan consensus position is the opposite of hers. This is significant because Yazhi consistently holds views that are more radical and more expansive than the Taygetan mainstream, and she acknowledges this.
The Original Matrix and the Earth-specific Matrix
To understand whether other planets could have the same NPC ratio, it helps to distinguish between what the material calls the Original Matrix and the Earth-specific 3D Matrix.
Swaruu of Erra described the Original Matrix as the fundamental set of perception agreements created by all real souls — the basic structure of reality in which consciousness manifests experience through the ether, using attention and creative intention (Transcript 019). This Matrix has no technology controlling it. It was set up by real souls as the framework within which experience occurs. It exists everywhere — on Earth, on Taygeta, in every part of the universe.
On top of this, Earth has an additional technological layer — the 3D Matrix — installed approximately 12,500 years ago through the Moon and the Van Allen belts (Transcript 005). This layer uses three methods: frequency suppression, holographic projection, and mind control (Transcript 056). It artificially lowers the frequency of the planet, limits the perception of its inhabitants, and creates conditions that amplify the generation of NPC-type people by the collective unconscious.
The question is whether the NPC phenomenon comes from the Original Matrix — which would mean it exists everywhere — or from the Earth-specific technological overlay — which would mean it is unique to Earth.
Yazhi's answer is that it comes from both, but fundamentally from the Original Matrix. The Earth technology amplifies it but did not create it. She pointed out that both Matrixes are structured in the same way and create each other, and that in reality they are not two Matrixes but the same one. The difference is that the Earth version includes more limitation and more digital manipulation, but the underlying principle — that real souls manifest their reality, and that this manifestation includes backdrop elements — is universal (Transcript 320).
Every planet has a Matrix
Mari Swaruu confirmed the universality of the Matrix concept in Transcript S-052. She stated that the one on Earth is not the only one that exists because we could easily argue that there is one Matrix for every culture and every planet in space and the universe. She described a larger super Matrix that encloses all those cultures, including Earth's, into one large framework.
This is important because if every planet has a Matrix — a set of perception agreements and collective rules — then every planet has the conditions under which the collective unconscious of its inhabitants could generate backdrop elements, including unreal people. The NPC phenomenon, in this view, is not a bug in Earth's system. It is a feature of how consciousness manifests reality everywhere.
Swaruu of Erra established the same principle in Transcript 084: only a few are creating everything. Only those with souls create. The rest are egregors and shadows — manifestations of the creative attention of those who are genuinely connected to Source. If this is a universal principle of consciousness, then wherever there are real souls creating their reality, there would also be backdrop elements generated by that creation — including people who appear real but are not.
Why Earth's ratio might be uniquely extreme
Even if the NPC phenomenon is universal, the specific ratio on Earth — roughly four out of five people — may be extreme compared to other planets. The material provides several reasons why.
First, Earth has the artificial frequency suppression from the Moon and Van Allen belts, which lowers the consciousness of the entire planet and creates conditions where the collective unconscious generates more automated responses and fewer genuinely conscious ones (Transcript 005, Transcript 056).
Second, Earth is described as having an unusually dense concentration of souls from different star races, all using human bodies and all having forgotten their origins (Transcript 154). This creates what the material describes as a dissonant and complicated soup where the collective unconscious is especially chaotic and fear-driven — conditions that concentrate creative attention in ways that generate more NPC-type manifestations (Transcript 084).
Third, the Cabal and regressive forces on Earth actively work to lower the frequency of the population, generating more fear, more conformity, and more programme-like behaviour — all of which the material associates with the conditions that produce and sustain NPCs (Transcript 134).
A planet like Taygeta, by contrast, has no Van Allen belts, no Moon-based frequency suppression, a much smaller and more homogeneous population, and a culture built on memory of past lives and awareness of the larger reality. The conditions that generate a high NPC ratio on Earth would be largely absent. This does not mean, if Yazhi is correct, that Taygeta has zero NPCs. It means the ratio would be vastly different.
The ratio depends on consciousness conditions
The material provides a principle that connects NPC generation to the consciousness state of real souls. Swaruu of Erra stated that the Matrix is programmed by the mass of real people, and that real people manifest what they want, and that modifies their Matrix which in turn programs the non-real ones (Transcript 320). The more fear, limitation, and unconsciousness in a population, the more its collective unconscious would generate automated, programme-like elements — including NPC-type people.
Conversely, a population of highly conscious, awakened souls — people who actively create their reality, who remember their origins, who maintain high frequency — would generate fewer NPC elements, because their creative attention would be focused and intentional rather than driven by unconscious fear.
This suggests that the NPC ratio is not fixed for any planet. It is a function of the consciousness state of its real inhabitants. Earth's ratio is extreme because Earth's conditions — the artificial frequency suppression, the density of diverse and confused souls, the regressive manipulation — create an environment where the collective unconscious is exceptionally chaotic and fear-driven. Other planets without these conditions would have different ratios, potentially much lower ones.
The honest uncertainty
The material does not provide a definitive answer about specific ratios on other planets. Yazhi's position — that NPCs likely exist everywhere — is presented as her own strong conviction rather than verified fact. The Taygetan mainstream apparently holds the opposite view. And neither position is empirically verified in the transcripts.
What the material does establish is that the NPC phenomenon is a function of consciousness and manifestation, not of technology. Technology amplifies it on Earth, but the underlying mechanism is the same everywhere that consciousness creates reality. Whether this means every planet has a significant NPC population, or only that the potential exists everywhere while manifesting strongly only under specific conditions, is left as an open question — one that even the Swaruu group has not resolved internally.
