Short Answer

The material provides four different answers to this question, each valid at a different depth, and they are deliberately presented as nested layers rather than contradictions:

At the conspiracy level, yes — there are positive races (Taygetans, Urmah, Alpha Draconians, Karistus, Alfratans) and negative races (Kingu, Maitré, regressive Dracos) engaged in a real conflict with real consequences for Earth.

At the stellar level, it is more nuanced — no race is uniformly positive or negative. Alpha Draconians were once the most invasive species in the galaxy and are now among the most spiritual. There are positive and negative factions within the same species. The distinction "positive" or "negative" applies to factions and individuals, not to biological species as a whole.

At the deeper cosmic level, Swaruu presents the most challenging position: regressive races have no independent connection to Source and no soul. They are egregors — materialised manifestations of the collective fears of beings who do have souls. "There is no such thing as regressive reptilian consciousness" at this level. The regressives are created by the creative attention of positive beings focused on fear, and they feed on that fearful attention because it is what generates and sustains them (084).

At the deepest level, even the egregor framework collapses: everything is a manifestation of consciousness, everything is an idea, and the distinction between "positive" and "negative" is itself a product of duality that exists only within certain densities. "Evil cannot exist. Only within duality. But it is a choice" (084). This is described as 9D thinking — understanding duality while transcending it.

The practical takeaway is that all four levels are simultaneously true, and the material insists you need all of them to navigate the situation correctly — neither ignoring the real danger of regressive forces nor treating them as an independent and permanent cosmic evil.

Level One: The Operational Distinction

At the practical level, the material operates with clear positive/negative distinctions. Specific races are consistently described as helping Earth (positive) or exploiting it (negative/regressive), and the consequences are described as real regardless of the deeper metaphysical framework.

Positive races include the Taygetans, Urmah, Alfratans, Antarians, Andromedans (mostly), Sirians, Arcturians, Engans, Solatians, Karistus, and the now-positive Alpha Draconians. These races maintain presence around Earth, conduct patrol and policing operations, and variously attempt to help humanity — though they are constrained by the Prime Directive and by the Federation's institutional authority.

Negative/regressive races include the Kingu (the dominant Reptilian species on Earth), the Maitré (Tall Greys, a Draconian bio-experiment), regressive Draco factions, and various lower Reptilian sub-species organised into the Vlash, Vlad, and Vrill clans. These are described as operating through the Cabal, DUMBs, and organic portals to maintain control over human civilisation.

This level is described as real but incomplete — "wasting time" according to Swaruu, because the deeper levels contain information that level one cannot access, while the deeper levels include everything at level one (084).

Level Two: No Race Is Uniformly Anything

The stellar-level understanding introduces critical nuance that the conspiracy level misses. The Alpha Draconians are the clearest example: the Orion Council they led was "completely negative" when created almost two million years ago, waging wars of extermination against Lyrian humanoids. But the Alpha Draconians in this galactic quadrant have now "evolved into kind and positive beings" who are aiding Earth (004). They are vegan, spiritual, empathic, and they hunt down their own negative factions (110).

This trajectory — from apex predator to peaceful spiritual being — is described as the normal consciousness progression for all species. "You simply cannot be an advanced race and be carnivorous" (029). The Urmah followed the same path. Even the original Orion Council is no longer the purely negative entity it once was. This means that labelling an entire biological family as "negative" based on its current operational behaviour misses the evolutionary context.

The Karistus framework adds another dimension: from their perspective, the positive/negative division is between Karistus-aligned souls and Vlash-aligned souls, cutting across all species lines (234). Humans can be Vlash-aligned. Reptilians can be Karistus-aligned. The biological species is less relevant than the soul alignment.

Within the Federation itself, the positive/negative distinction blurs further. The Federation was revealed in 2020 as the ultimate controller of the Earth situation — "not infiltrated by the Cabal but functionally identical to it from certain angles" (086). Races that considered themselves positive — including the Taygetans — discovered they were part of a system that maintained the conditions they believed they were opposing. A race can be genuinely well-intentioned and still be functionally complicit in a system of control.

Level Three: Regressives as Egregors

This is the level where the material most sharply diverges from standard ufological thinking. Swaruu presents it in transcript 084 as "deeper cosmic concept" — the deepest level she offers — and frames it deliberately:

"There is no such thing as regressive reptilian consciousness. There is no such thing" (084).

The argument proceeds as follows: regressive entities have no independent connection to Source. Without a connection to Source, they cannot create anything. They can only take what already exists and distort it. They are egregors — materialised projections of the collective fears of beings who do have souls, who are connected to Source, who are holographic fragments of Source itself.

The mechanism: fear concentrates creative attention. A being with a soul focuses attention on something feared — originally, at the deepest historical root, a primal fear of being eaten, a survival instinct, the fear of snakes (084, 176). That concentrated attention, multiplied across individuals and across time, manifests the thing feared. "One Lyrian thousands of years ago with fear of snakes is enough to generate everything else. The very concept of regressive reptile races" (084).

These manifested fear-entities then need to sustain themselves, and what sustains them is the same thing that created them: fearful attention, called "Lush" or "Loosh" in the material. This is why regressives terrorise, create wars, manufacture pandemics — not from independent malice but from the need to generate the fear-attention that keeps them in existence. "Without fearful attention they vanish, they cannot exist. That is why they dissolve when someone with consciousness, with soul, with connection to the source faces them" (084).

Yazhi extends this in transcript 176 with the tulpa concept. A tulpa is formed when concentrated fear reaches sufficient critical mass to become a physical entity — and with enough energy, it can become sentient, self-sustaining, and needing to feed on what created it. The Kingu Reptilians on Earth are described as a real, tangible 3D species that are themselves being parasitised by the same evil reptilian tulpa-entities that parasitise human politicians (176). So the regressive force is not coming from the Kingu species itself — it is a tulpa that parasitises both human and Reptilian hosts.

This creates a critical distinction Swaruu emphasises: "Just because a Reptile is a reptile, it doesn't mean they're Egregor. But yes there is a reptile-shaped Egregor" (084). There are real, souled, positive Reptilian races — the Alpha Draconians being the supreme example. And there are regressive Reptilian-appearing entities that are egregors of positive minds' fears. These are not the same thing, and conflating them is one of the most common errors in both ufology and conspiracy thinking.

The Practical Paradox

The material does not use the egregor concept to dismiss the danger. The paradox is stated explicitly: even though regressives are described as manifestations of collective fear, they are also described as operationally real — with technology, with organisations, with the capacity to cause genuine suffering. Swaruu addresses this directly: "I am not saying that problems should be ignored. But don't be afraid of them. And that is to face them" (084).

The practical implication is not "ignore the Reptilians because they're just egregors" but rather "understand that your fearful attention is what sustains them, and face them without fear." The sword metaphor recurs: "Never leave your sword at home... You never know when you may need it" (084). Combat readiness is not contradicted by the egregor understanding — it is informed by it. You may need the sword, but the sword alone cannot solve the problem. What solves the problem is consciousness.

Yazhi frames the only solution as collective: "You must stop playing the game collectively. Everything goes on because people keep playing the same sick game, and it reflects back to them all" (176). This is not individual advice — it is a species-level observation about how the manifestation loop operates and what would be required to break it.

Level Four: Beyond Duality

At the deepest level the material offers, even the egregor concept is transcended. Swaruu reaches this point in transcript 084 when pressed on the distinction between real regressive races and egregors:

"Deepest level: Everything is an egregor. Be positive or negative, they are just ideas. It depends on who sees it. Everything is a manifestation of consciousness" (084).

At this level, the question "are there positive and negative races" loses meaning entirely — not because it is wrong but because the framework that generates it (duality) is itself a feature of certain density levels and not a permanent structure of reality. "Evil cannot exist. Only within duality. But it is a choice" (084). In 9D consciousness, duality is understood but transcended. There are no regressive reptiles there — "not because they are fought but because they are integrated, accepted, and known to be unnecessary" (084).

This is presented not as escapism but as the direction of consciousness evolution. The Alpha Draconians and Urmah exemplify this trajectory: former apex predators who have transcended predation, former aggressors who have evolved into spiritual beings. The entire arc from "negative" to "positive" to "beyond the distinction" is described as the natural movement of consciousness toward integration with Source.

The Co-Creation Problem

One of Gosia's most important challenges in transcript 084 concerns whether the egregor problem is exclusively human. Her argument: the "real humans" on Earth are ancient Lyrian souls carrying subconscious memories from the Orion Wars and the Great Expansion. The Reptilian fear-egregors did not originate on Earth — they originated in 5D, among Lyrian races in space, long before humans existed as a distinct category. Swaruu agrees: "That's right. Yes. Before they were 'Demons' and 'Fallen Angels'. Today they are Reptiles, Illuminati, Masons and millionaires with syringes. But it is the same. Manifested Fear" (084).

This means the positive/negative dynamic is not a purely human problem but a co-creation of all races. The 5D collective has not yet transcended it either — "the level of consciousness of the 5D collective has not yet reached that non-reptilian state" (084). The difference is that the problem on Earth is amplified by the 3D Matrix and concentrated in a sealed environment, while outside Earth it is "mostly under control."

Evolution Across Speakers

Swaruu of Erra (2020) provides the most comprehensive treatment: the four-level framework (Disney/conspiracy/stellar/cosmic), the egregor mechanism, the fear-as-creative-attention explanation, the co-creation dynamic between 3D and 5D, the clarification that positive Reptilians have souls while regressive ones are soulless egregors, and the practical paradox of needing the sword while knowing the sword cannot solve the problem.

Yazhi Swaruu (2021) adds the tulpa mechanics: how tulpas form from concentrated fear, how they become sentient, how the Kingu are real 3D Reptilians being parasitised by the same tulpa-entities that parasitise human politicians, and how the only solution is for the collective to stop playing the game. She also adds the complication that the Federation itself is being taken over through this mechanism — souled beings in the Federation being parasitised through their incarnational connections to Earth.

Aneeka of Temmer provides the operational context in other transcripts: the actual policing operations, the shoot-downs, the ongoing conflict — the level-one reality that remains valid even within the deeper understanding.
