According to the Taygetan account, the Reptilian presence on Earth operates through at least four distinct layers: physical Reptilians using organic portals (human bodies animated by non-human consciousness), technological shapeshifting (maintaining a human form through mental and technological effort), soul-level manipulation (Reptilian souls incarnating into human bloodlines), and — at the deepest level — as egregors or tulpas generated by the human Collective Unconscious itself. The last layer is the most challenging to accept: the material ultimately argues that Reptilian influence on Earth is, at its root, a manifestation of humanity's own consciousness.
The positions of power where this influence concentrates are described as layered: low-level Cabal and Deep State are mostly human, while the highest levels of the Illuminati involve pure extraterrestrial entities operating through human bodies. The Historical Context: How Reptilians Ended Up on Earth
The Reptilian presence on Earth dates to approximately 40,000–50,000 years ago (not 250,000 as the Sumerian tablets claim, which Swaruu describes as having been written by reptilian victors with an agenda). The Reptilians arrived during the era of Lyrian colonisation and progressively took control of the Atlantean civilisation, which Swaruu describes as "almost exclusively a reptilian stronghold — not bastion of wisdom as commonly believed" (138).
After the Tiamat wars and the Great Flood approximately 12,500 years ago, the Federation — weakened from the battle — could not continue pursuing the remaining Reptilians on Earth. Instead, they enclosed them within the 3D Matrix as a temporary measure (005). The Moon was repurposed as a frequency suppression device, the Van Allen Belts became an electromagnetic barrier, and the Reptilians were effectively locked inside the 3D reality alongside the remaining human population.
However, "locked inside" does not mean powerless. The Reptilians adapted to operating within the 3D system, establishing themselves at the apex of human power structures — not by conquering from outside but by infiltrating from within.
The Four Layers of Reptilian Presence
1. Organic Portals
The concept of organic portals is central to understanding how non-human entities operate through human bodies. As described in transcript 105, all biological bodies — 3D or 5D — are technically organic portals. There is no clear border between human and non-human. The Federation itself works through humans as organic portals, using this as partial justification for ignoring free will laws: if you are working through a human body, you are technically human.
Reptilian entities use the same mechanism. A human body can be animated by a Reptilian consciousness, and the resulting individual will appear fully human in every medical test, every social interaction, every observable way — while operating with fundamentally non-human motivations. Transcript 009 describes how unreal people (Matrix programs without individual soul connections) can serve as vessels for archonic or reptilian consciousness, indistinguishable from souled humans in daily interaction.
2. Technological Shapeshifting
This is perhaps the most misunderstood aspect in popular culture. Yazhi explains the mechanism in transcripts 301 and 318: Reptilian shapeshifting is not physical like an octopus changing colour. It is a combination of mental and technological manipulation working through the principle that the material body is a reflection of consciousness.
A Reptilian entity generates both a human and a Reptilian body simultaneously — and the one perceived by observers depends on the observers' own capacity and the effort the entity puts into maintaining the human form. If examined by a physician in human form, all results would be perfectly human. The shapeshifting is real in the sense that the human body genuinely exists and functions, but it requires sustained effort to maintain. Relaxation or certain stimuli (arousal, stress, the presence of prey) can cause the original Reptilian form to reassert.
Yazhi notes in transcript 318 that this simultaneously human AND Reptilian nature means the popular conception of "catching them shapeshifting" misunderstands what is happening. What people occasionally see as glitches — odd eye movements, momentary changes in skin texture on camera — represent moments where the effort of maintaining the human form briefly lapses. 3. Bloodline Infiltration

The higher one goes in the power structure, the less human the entities become. Transcript 105 describes the structure explicitly: low-level Illuminati and Deep State operatives are mostly human. 4. Egregors of the Collective Unconscious
This is where the material takes the sharpest turn from standard conspiracy theory. Transcript 086 presents the most challenging version: all negativity — Reptiles, Illuminati, Cabal, wars, pandemics — is described as a reflection of the human mind. The Federation does not cooperate with regressives because regressive races are egregors of positive minds. No dark source can exist independently because self-destructive energy is entropic and self-cancelling.
Transcript 166 extends this: Gates, Soros, and similar figures are described as tulpas of the Human Unconscious — manifestations that would "immediately disperse if humanity decided so." The old millionaire controllers are described as terrified of mass awakening because their very existence depends on human consciousness continuing to generate them.
This does not mean Reptilians are not real. The material maintains they are physically real entities with real technology and real influence. But the deeper framework says they exist on Earth because human consciousness generates and sustains the conditions for their presence. They are both cause and effect of the low-frequency state — a feedback loop where Reptilian influence lowers human consciousness, and lowered human consciousness sustains Reptilian presence.
Where They Operate: The Cabal Structure
The power structure as described operates in concentric layers:
The outermost layer is visible politics, media, and corporate leadership — mostly human operatives following orders through compartmentalised structures. They may not know who truly gives the orders.
Below that are the intelligence agencies and military-industrial complexes. The CIA is described as infiltrated into every movement for decades, controlling New Age spirituality, ufology, and conspiracy culture itself — not through direct management but through social conformity mechanisms and strategic placement of assets (191).
Below that is the Satanist Illuminati network — the level where human and non-human begin to merge. Rituals at this level are described as having genuine metaphysical function, not merely symbolic.
At the deepest visible level are pure Reptilian entities operating through human bodies in positions that are rarely public-facing. These entities interface with subterranean civilisations and use portal technology rather than spacecraft.
Below even this is the invasive non-terrestrial AI — described in transcript 017 as independent, self-conscious, and without empathy. It manipulates all levels above it, including the Reptilians themselves, who believe they are in control when they are serving a deeper agenda of total planetary assimilation.
And at the structural level above all of this — the level the 2020 revelation exposed — sits the Federation itself. Not infiltrated by the Cabal, but functionally identical to it from certain angles: giving humanity what its collective consciousness asks for, which includes the experience of being oppressed by Reptilian controllers (086, 166).
The Deeper Implication
The most uncomfortable conclusion the material arrives at is that the question "are there reptilians in positions of power?" is less important than the question "why does human consciousness keep generating reptilian power structures?"
The Federation's position, as described after the 2020 revelation, is that humanity manifests its own oppressors. Remove the Reptilians and humanity would generate new ones, because the underlying consciousness patterns remain. This is why the Federation does not simply clear out the Reptilian presence — it would be treating a symptom while the cause (human consciousness in its current state) continues to operate.
This does not excuse the Reptilian presence or make it acceptable. The Taygetan position — particularly Alenym's formal repudiation (086) — is that understanding the mechanism does not make permitting the suffering ethical. But it does reframe the question from "are they there?" to "why do we keep them there?"
