Short answer: Not exactly. According to the material, dolphins and whales — collectively referred to as cetaceans — are Sirian beings who were seeded on multiple worlds, including Tiamat, Earth, and the Taygetan planets of Erra and Temmer. They did not originate on Tiamat, but they were present there among other aquatic civilisations. When Tiamat was destroyed, the cetacean populations on that planet were lost along with all its other biology. However, the cetaceans already present on Earth survived the subsequent flood, and their species had also been preserved in the Arks of the Covenant — Taygetan genetic repositories built before the cataclysm specifically to protect Earth's biology. The material describes cetaceans as the most spiritually advanced creatures on Earth, with consciousness more developed than that of humans.
Sirian origin, not Tiamat origin
Swaruu of Erra addressed the origin of cetaceans in Transcript 119, within a broader discussion of the Sirian conglomerate. She stated that the most obvious Sirians closest to the Earth are the cetaceans — the dolphins and whales. In terms of spirituality, they are more advanced than humans. Having a complex civilisation is not a synonym for advancement. They simply do not need a civilisation — there is no use for that for them. They have all they need inside: their communication, their world, their all.
Swaruu was specific about the seeding pattern. Cetaceans were seeded on many worlds, including Tiamat, Earth, Erra, and Temmer, among others. This means they were not indigenous to any single planet but were placed on multiple water-bearing worlds by the Sirian civilisations. The Sirius star system is dominated by water planets, and the Sirian races — a vast conglomerate that includes humanoids, reptilians, felines, and aquatic species — have a strong affinity for aquatic environments.
When asked to clarify whether she was referring to dolphins specifically or to humanoid Sirians, Swaruu confirmed she meant dolphins as a species, adding that Temmer also has seas, although small ones, and that dolphins are present there too.
Cetacean consciousness
The material describes cetaceans as far more than animals. Swaruu stated in Transcript 119 that they have a very strong connection to Source and that the vast majority of dolphin souls are Sirian in origin. She noted that a soul does not have attributes of belonging to a place — it is a preference to be in that specific place, part of its experience. The soul is built as experiences progress.
In Transcript A-032 (Consciousness of the Cetaceans), Yazhi Swaruu provided an extensive account of cetacean mental capacity based partly on her own personal telepathic interactions with Pacific grey bottlenose dolphins during her time on an island. She described their brains as larger and more complex than those of humans, and stated that they are mentally more advanced than Earth humans. They internalise everything and have no need for cities or gadgets. Their telepathy is described as complex and powerful — dolphins share mental projections of ideal worlds with each other, merging reality with thinking and living in dream worlds of perfection that revolve around love and integrity. They access experience remotely, tapping into what some call the Akashic Records, and channel everything they find, sharing it with each other (A-032, Yazhi Swaruu).
Yazhi also described dolphins' perception of humans: they see humans as very limited in consciousness, dangerously unempathetic and ignorant, with thoughts that are chaotic, unstable, and unreliable. Dolphins understand humans far more than humans understand themselves or dolphins.
Yazhi also described dolphins' lethal defensive capability: they can kill a large shark from thirty to forty metres away using compressed sound from their specialised sonar organ behind the forehead. They can concentrate their sonar into a laser-like energy beam that can stop a shark's heart. Human marine biologists know about this but chose not to publicise it, and both the Russian and US navies attempted to use trained dolphins as weapons before abandoning the programmes because the dolphins learned faster than their human handlers and stopped cooperating (A-032, Yazhi Swaruu).
The material notes that it is illegal to swim with dolphins in many places, which Yazhi connected to the mind-opening effects dolphins have on humans. She stated that swimming with dolphins produces strong mind-opening mystical experiences — humans become more spiritual and less materialistic. The Cabal classified this as dangerous because dolphins open minds (A-032, Yazhi Swaruu).
Tiamat's aquatic civilisations
Tiamat was described throughout the material as a water planet approximately eighty percent the size of Neptune, covered almost entirely in ocean. As such, it hosted extensive aquatic civilisations, not just cetaceans. In Transcript A-042 (Great Flood and Tiamat Wars), Yazhi specifically states that Tiamat had countless aquatic beings, some Sirian-based, with advanced intelligence, but that no records remain of their culture or their degree of advancement as everything was destroyed (A-042, Yazhi Swaruu).
This means that while cetaceans were among the species present on Tiamat, the planet hosted a broader ecosystem of Sirian-connected aquatic life — complex civilisations that were entirely lost when the planet was destroyed in the Federation-Reptilian war. The cetaceans on Earth survived because they had been independently seeded there, not because they migrated from Tiamat.
The Arks and species preservation
Yazhi Swaruu explained in Transcript 179 that the Taygetans knew the Earth was going to go through a cataclysm right after the Tiamat disaster. With redundancy in mind, three arks were built — the objects known in religious tradition as the Arks of the Covenant. These were not empty boxes but high-technology devices containing the entire biology of planet Earth in genetic samples and codes stored in nano containers.
The arks were built before the flood specifically to preserve Earth's living library. Yazhi stated that after the cataclysm, many species were re-seeded in mass, although they are being seeded all the time. The ark contains species as they were before the Tiamat cataclysm. The technology works by frequency resonance — DNA data is imposed onto empty mother cells to create zygotes that grow in medical pods into full animals, which are then released in sufficient numbers to reproduce naturally.
While Yazhi did not specifically mention cetaceans in the context of the arks, the preservation of Earth's entire biology before the Tiamat disaster would logically include the cetacean species already present on Earth. The arks ensured that even if the flood devastated cetacean populations, the species could be restored.
The soul dimension
Swaruu added an important qualifier about the relationship between cetacean bodies and souls. When asked whether dolphin starseeds and Sirian human starseeds are the same, she clarified that Sirians are not one species but a large conglomerate of species, all with their starseeds. The humanoid Sirians who pilot ships, the aquatic civilisations on Sirius B, and the cetaceans on Earth are all part of this conglomerate but are distinct species with distinct experiences.
She also noted that while the vast majority of dolphin souls are Sirian, she could not rule out that there are dolphins with souls from other races. A soul goes to the frequency to which it corresponds — it is a matter of compatibility, not rigid assignment. This means that cetacean bodies on Earth might host souls of various origins, though the Sirian connection is dominant.
