Short Answer

The material rejects both creationism and Darwinian evolution. No interstellar race considers the humanoid form to have been "created" — the concept does not apply, because without linear time there is no moment of origin (141, 046). What exists instead is consciousness-driven adaptation: the physical form of any species is the manifestation of the consciousness inhabiting it, shaped by the accumulated experiences and intentions of the souls using those bodies across countless incarnations (046). Species are classified as either Primary — those manifested directly from higher planes, whose origin is lost in eternity — or Secondary — those whose genetics have been altered by Primary species, typically through mind control rather than laboratory intervention (046, 141). Humans fall into the Secondary classification. The vast majority of humanoid races across the galaxy are Primary species, all sharing roughly 99% genetic similarity because carbon-based DNA follows a universal pattern — the differences between species lie not in the genes themselves but in the "markers" within those genes, activated or deactivated by consciousness (141).

The Great Expansion, approximately one million years ago, dispersed some 400,000 human-like races from the Lyra/Vega region across this galactic sector, seeding worlds including Taygeta, Ummo, and Earth (138). But even this event is not a true origin — those 400,000 races already existed before the Expansion, having differentiated from a Lyrian base whose own beginning is lost in non-linear time (046). Species continue to form: what makes a new species is not laboratory gene-splicing but "the progression of consciousness toward something else, other ideas, other perceptions" (086). The human race on Earth is, from this perspective, a new species in the process of being formed — its eventual characteristics will be determined not by genetic engineering but by what humanity collectively chooses to become.

The Rejection of Creation and Evolution

Swaruu addresses the question head-on in transcript 141: "Nobody considers the concept of creation of the human being, the Lyrian race, I mean among the interstellar races. Because there is no linear time to consider, the concept of creation, development, or that of Evolution does not exist" (141). What exists is "adaptation to the linear or semi-linear environment of some humanoid or human species" — but even this adaptation cannot be traced to a definitive origin point because "from the broadest point of view, they do not form the species because there is no before and after from the total point of view of the overall set of all humanoid species" (141).

The same principle is stated in transcript 046: "No creation concept among interstellar races — no linear time means no creation/development/evolution — only adaptation to environment driven by consciousness intention." The Great Expansion is known as a major dispersal event, "but exactly when it happened cannot be known. It is only calculated from the human frame of reference, which was roughly a million years ago" (141).

This is not agnosticism about origins — it is a fundamental statement about the nature of species formation. From densities where time is non-linear, the question "when did this species first appear?" is structurally unanswerable. The Lyrian form has "always been" in the sense that there is no timeline along which it developed from something else.

Manifestation from Higher Planes

When asked whether beings from very high planes manifest the physical bodies used in lower densities, Swaruu confirms: "Simply by the fact that they are and exist, as beings of light, and have the practical intention, for whatever reason, to manifest themselves as entities separated from another entity, with humanoid morphology, that is, with limbs, torso and head, is enough to cause a chain reaction through the densities where they 'manifest' beings of a more 'material' nature to the point of reaching the terrestrial human being" (141).

This describes a top-down process: consciousness at higher density levels, by the act of intending to experience separation and individuality in a physical form, generates that form downward through the density layers. The physical body is the end product of a chain of manifestation, not the starting point. This is why Swaruu can say that "we return to being them when we sleep" — the higher-plane beings generating the physical forms are not separate entities but the same consciousness at different density levels.

Transcript 104 provides the cosmological context: life is the universal norm, not the exception. Everything is consciousness — "gravel, water, broken glass — alive." Stars exist "because life is in them." The humanoid form is described as the most efficient design for a tool-using, environment-manipulating being, which is why it is "the most common in the universe" (141). The convergence is not coincidental — it reflects a universal attractor in the manifestation process, where consciousness seeking physical experience gravitates toward the humanoid template because it offers the greatest range of interaction with the environment.

Primary and Secondary Species

The material establishes a formal classification system. Swaruu defines it in transcripts 046 and 141:

Primary species are "those that are holographic fragments of the whole, of the unified Self, which are those that have manifested from higher planes" (141). These are species whose origin is either lost in the mists of time or is indistinguishable from Source itself. They were not created by anyone else. The Lyrian base — from which Taygetans, Engans, Ummites, Solatians, and hundreds of thousands of other humanoid races derive — is a Primary species. So are the Alpha Draconians, whose origin is explicitly unknown even to themselves: "come from another timeline/galaxy — don't know own original planet — very very ancient" (110). The Urmah (feline races) are similarly Primary, originating from Vega/Lyra alongside the Lyrians.

Secondary species are "those that have been created or altered by some of the Primary species with a specific purpose, using the imposition of a higher intention with a goal to alter the DNA of those who will use the final container body" (141). Crucially, this alteration is not primarily done through laboratory genetics — it is done through consciousness manipulation. Humans fall into the Secondary classification, not because their genes were spliced in a test tube, but because "the true genetic alterations applied to humans have been done through mind control. From the application of beliefs and the manipulation of what is possible and what is not, by imposing a structure of values and ideas artificially placed with a goal to cause genetic changes" (141).

The Sumerian Tablets' account of human creation through genetic engineering is explicitly rejected as a misinterpretation: "The interpretation of the Sumerian Tablets where it has been said that the human was created by them is a human interpretation, because it is the only way they know how DNA is altered" (141). In the material's framework, genetics reflects consciousness — it does not determine it. All the star-race genes are "already within each and every one of the humans, they are only deactivated... It is the very consciousness-intention of the being that inhabits each body that will determine which genes will be activated and which will be ignored" (141).

The 99% Genetic Principle

The material makes a strong claim about interspecies genetic similarity that directly addresses how different races can appear so varied while sharing common biology. Swaruu states: "From the Andromedans, Dieslientiplex, Urmahs, Alpha Draconians, Sirians, Engan, Malakak, Ummo, Mantis, Ceded Cerez Avian, Lurkers, Maitre, Kingu, Solatians, whoever they are... They will have 99% the same genes as the others" (141). This extends even to non-humanoid forms — "a cave fungus will have more than 90% of genes than a human being" (141), a fact confirmed by Earth science.

The differences between species lie not in the presence or absence of genes but in the "markers" within those genes — activation patterns that determine which genetic information is expressed. Swaruu uses the domestic cat as an analogy: "A domestic cat has the same genes 99.99999999999% as a Lion or a Bengal Tiger. It is the same species; a cat is a cat. It is the markers that give them the sizes, colors and proportions. Goes for the Urmah too" (141).

This principle directly undermines the claim (attributed to Andromedan contacts and Corey Goode) that humans were constructed from the DNA of 21 different ET species. Swaruu's response is categorical: "Such a thing is simply not possible, because life with the human or humanoid model is the most common in the universe... None of those humanomorphic races were created, the concept is wrong" (141). Finding human-compatible DNA in any alien specimen is simply what should be expected given the universal genetic baseline, and saying human DNA contains "contributions" from multiple races is like saying a cat contains contributions from lions and tigers because they share 99.99% of their genes.

Consciousness as the Mechanism of Speciation

The central mechanism of species formation in this material is consciousness directing genetics. Transcript 046 establishes the foundational principle: genes are the expression of consciousness, not its cause. A species' physical form — its size, appearance, sensory capabilities, lifespan — is determined by the accumulated consciousness of the souls inhabiting those bodies across generations. This is described as neither random mutation nor intelligent design from outside, but as the collective creative intention of the beings themselves.

The practical consequence is that genetic changes imposed artificially (whether by laboratory or by mind control) are inherently unstable unless the consciousness of the being supports them. Swaruu explains that "if a certain quality or characteristic in a being is not used for a prolonged period of time, it will begin to atrophy to the point that it finally manifests as a change in the very genes that control or are associated with that quality" (141). Conversely, attempting to suppress a gene in a species with strong Source connection fails because "the base Lyrians themselves prevented it due to their advanced consciousness" (138).

This is demonstrated through the history of the Adamic race. The reptilians attempted to genetically limit the captured Lyrians after the invasion of the Lyrian colony on Earth, but "the first 2 attempts to do the same with the anthropomorphic Lyrians didn't work because they all had a very strong connection with Source and the spiritual. The Lyrian genetics is too strong, so if they suppress a gene it will emerge again because of the high consciousness of the people" (138). The only successful genetic suppression has been through mind control — changing what the people believe is possible, which in turn changes what their consciousness activates in their own DNA.

How New Races Actually Form

Swaruu provides the clearest statement of the speciation process in transcript 086, in the context of explaining how the human race is being formed: "What makes it another species is the progression of consciousness toward something else, other ideas, other perceptions, in this case those caused by living in 3D. Particular to 3D Earth. Lyrians as the basis for a new race. Just as other races evolved or emerged from the Lyrian one. Like the Taygetean one. And it not only happens with the Lyrian race, this happens throughout the Universe with all the other existing races. They just progress or change without no need to say whether or not it is progress, they only change and give rise to others. This is how new species and races are formed. It is not creationism, nor is it Darwinism. It is something much more complex and beautiful" (086).

The process, then, is:

A group of beings sharing a common experiential context — a particular planet, a particular set of challenges, a particular density — develops a collective consciousness with distinctive characteristics. Over time (in the semi-linear sense applicable within a given density), this collective consciousness manifests physical changes in the bodies its members inhabit. The physical differences accumulate until what was once a variant of the parent species becomes recognisable as something distinct. The Taygetean race emerged from the Lyrian base this way. The human race on Earth is emerging from the Lyrian base this way now.

The Great Expansion accelerated this process dramatically. When ~400,000 groups of Lyrian refugees scattered across the galaxy, each group landed on a different world with different environmental conditions, different challenges, and different neighbouring species. Each group's consciousness adapted to its new context, and over hundreds of thousands of years, those adaptations compounded into the enormous variety of humanoid races now present in the galaxy — all sharing 99% genetics, all differentiated by the consciousness-driven marker patterns that reflect their unique histories.

The predator-prey dynamic in transcript 029 provides another angle: all advanced interstellar races are now vegan, having progressed through the predatory phase of consciousness. Species like the Alpha Draconians and Urmah retain their carnivore dentition as a physical vestige, but their consciousness — and therefore their behaviour — has moved far beyond the predatory stage. The physical form lags behind consciousness change but eventually follows.
