Short answer: According to the material, the migration from Atlantis to Scotland happened in two phases separated by thousands of years. The first was an immediate post-flood survival migration — when the destruction of Tiamat flooded the Earth approximately 12,500 years ago, survivors of the Atlantean civilisation (including both reptilian controllers and their Homo Atlantis subjects) fled to the highlands of Scotland and Ireland because those elevated regions were not submerged by the deluge. The second phase was a deliberate expedition from Egypt roughly ten thousand years later, when followers of the expelled pharaoh Akhenaten sailed from the Nile delta around the Iberian peninsula to Ireland and Scotland, returning to what they regarded as the land of their origins. This later group founded what became the Celtic culture. Between these two migrations, Scotland and Ireland served as the starting point from which post-flood civilisation spread outward, first to Scandinavia and then to Egypt, before the Egyptian expedition returned the circle to its origin.
The flood migration
Swaruu of Erra described the first migration in Transcripts 125 and 138 as a direct consequence of the Tiamat cataclysm. When Tiamat was destroyed and its water poured onto Earth, the resulting deluge submerged the five continents of the antediluvian world — Appalachia, Fennoscandia, Oceana, Tirandia, and Beringia — along with most of the planetary surface. Both the reptilian civilisation of Atlantis (centred on Appalachia, beneath the present North Atlantic) and the Taygetean colony of Lemuria (on the continent of Oceana) were destroyed simultaneously.
The survivors split by geography. Those from Lemuria — a mixture of Taygeteans and Homo Atlantis who had escaped reptilian control — fled to the Americas, Japan, and eventually underground, where they became the Agarthean civilisation. Those from Atlantis — the surviving reptilians and their enslaved population — fled to the highlands of Scotland and Ireland, because those elevated regions remained above the flood waters.
Swaruu explained in Transcript 125 that the survivors of Atlantis fled to the highlands where the water did not reach — today Ireland and Scotland — and that they are later known as Celts. This is a critical point: the original Celtic population, in the material's account, descends from Atlantean survivors, not from the Lemurian branch.
In Transcript 138, Swaruu provided additional detail. In the Atlantic, what remained of Atlantis — the surviving reptilians and slaves — moved to the highlands of Scotland and Ireland. She also mentioned Homo Capensis among the survivors — a species linked to Atlantis who had elongated skulls and red hair. They migrated to the highlands and later moved to places more akin to them, like Egypt, as well as establishing settlements in South America. Swaruu stated they come from the constellation Cassiopeia and inhabit many worlds there, and that there are no longer any on Earth, having lost all their technology, ships, and everything in the flood.
Ireland as civilisation's origin point
The material presents Ireland as the starting point of post-flood civilisation, not its endpoint. Swaruu stated in Transcript 460 that the origins of many of the people of Egypt, mainly the human royal bloodlines, came from Ireland, because that is where the survivors of the flood came to take refuge. Ireland in the roots of the word means lucky land, and from there comes the concept of the Irish and luck — the four-leaf clover — because they were lucky that the region was not submerged by the flood.
Scotland's name as the highlands was explained not as a reference to the height of its mountains — which Swaruu noted are not particularly high — but as a designation meaning the high lands as opposed to the flooded ones.
From the Scottish and Irish highlands, survivors migrated outward. In Transcript A-042, the material records that modern civilisation began in Ireland, not in China or Africa, and that migrants went from there to Scandinavia and to Egypt. The ancient Egyptian kings had elongated skulls and red hair because they were of Irish descent — meaning they descended from the Atlantean survivors who had first settled in Ireland.
The Egyptian return expedition
The second major migration to Scotland came thousands of years later, from Egypt. Swaruu described in Transcript 460 how the pharaoh Akhenaten — identified in the material as an Elohi from Asterope in the Pleiades and as a member of the species called Homo Capensis — imposed a monotheistic cult in Egypt that disrupted the existing Federation-aligned polytheistic society. When Akhenaten was eventually expelled, four large groups of his followers left Egypt.
One group went on foot to Sinai. Another group, including Akhenaten and Nefertiti themselves, sailed to Italy and founded Rome — which Swaruu described as a control or command centre for the Reptiles, who are there to this day in the Vatican. A third group arrived on the shores of southern Spain, in the delta of the Ebro River near Barcelona, where Egyptian-type ship burial sites have been found. The fourth group reached the coasts of Ireland and Scotland.
Swaruu explained that this fourth group was motivated by a return to origins. The Egyptians with rank and nobility were the ones who decided to go as far as Ireland and Scotland to look for their origins — because the Egyptian royal bloodlines had originally come from there after the flood.
Meritaten and the founding of Celtic culture
The Scottish expedition was led by Meritaten, the daughter of Akhenaten, whom Swaruu identified as a previous incarnation of herself. After Akhenaten and Nefertiti departed for Rome, Meritaten was placed as queen of Egypt by Ramses II for a period of approximately nine years. Once peace was restored, she organised a post-exodus expedition to Scotland, navigating the fleet from the Nile delta around Spain and Portugal, through Gibraltar, to Ireland and then to the west coast of Scotland.
Swaruu stated that this is where the Celtic culture was founded. The Druidic and Bardic concepts that defined Celtic civilisation are described as stellar concepts — knowledge brought from the Egyptian-Federation tradition, which itself had roots in the pre-flood Lemurian and Lyrian heritage. The Celts ran an advanced holistic society based on respect and communion with the Earth.
The Vatican later destroyed this culture in what Swaruu called the worst genocide in the history of the Earth — hundreds of thousands dead, an entire advanced culture erased from history. She stated that official claims that the Druids left nothing written are false: everything was taken to the Vatican.
The Cabal connection
The material draws a direct line from Atlantis through Egypt to the modern Cabal. The reptilian power structure that controlled Atlantis survived the flood by retreating to the highlands. Their descendants and allies later established themselves in Egypt. When they were expelled from Egypt through the exodus events, they founded Rome and the Vatican as their new seat of power.
Swaruu stated in Transcript 460 that those who call themselves today the Cabal have lost much — they suffered the great loss of Egypt. That is what they desire now, the world, because Egypt was everything to them and they have lost it. She described the Cabal as a corporation — not a single race but many races working together for a common purpose — with roots that trace from the reptilian controllers of Atlantis through Akhenaten's Egypt to the present Vatican.
The migration to Scotland thus serves two functions in the narrative. For the immediate post-flood survivors, it was a retreat to safety. For the later Egyptian expedition, it was a return to the place where post-flood civilisation had begun — and where the Celtic culture they founded would eventually be destroyed by the same power structure that had first enslaved the Adamic race in Atlantis.
