Short answer: According to the material, neither Atlantis nor Lemuria were continents — they were civilisations. Lemuria was a Taygetan Pleiadian colony established on the now-submerged continent of Oceana, predating Atlantis and coexisting with a larger peaceful Lyrian civilisation on Earth. Atlantis was a predominantly reptilian civilisation centred on the continent of Appalachia, now under the North Atlantic Ocean. The two civilisations were in an eternal battle — Lemuria representing the Federation's positive influence and Atlantis representing reptilian control. Both were destroyed simultaneously approximately 12,500 years ago when the planet Tiamat was destroyed in a massive space battle, causing a catastrophic flood that submerged five continents. Lemuria's survivors fled underground, eventually forming the Agarthean civilisation beneath the Earth's surface. Atlantis's survivors moved to the highlands of Ireland and Scotland, and later to Egypt, where their lineage continued into what is now the Cabal.
The pre-Atlantean world
The story begins approximately one million years ago with the Great Expansion of Lyra. A powerful reptilian invasion force attacked the Vega area — the planets Avalon and Lyra — where approximately four hundred thousand races of human-like beings lived in peace and did not know how to defend themselves. They fled to every possible corner of the galaxy, seeding countless worlds including Taygeta, Ummo, and Earth. The Federation was born from this crisis as a means of collective defence against extinction (Transcript 138).
The first Lyrians from space landed on Earth around forty thousand years ago, establishing a high-frequency advanced holographic society alongside older hominid species already present, including Neanderthals. During this period, a Taygetan Pleiadian colony was established on the now-defunct continent of Oceana. This colony was called Lemuria (Transcript 138).
Swaruu described the antediluvian world in vivid terms: Tiamat hung in the sky as a moon. Saturn was visible with horns but no rings. The Earth was covered in dense forests with vast plains, few seas, and many lakes. You could walk around the world although it would take years. All these faraway lands full of mysteries are now under water. The world resembled what Tolkien described in The Lord of the Rings (Transcript 125).
What Atlantis and Lemuria actually were
The material is specific that neither was a continent. Both were civilisations. Lemuria was a civilisation, with its capital city called Mu, located on the continent of Oceana. It was founded by Taygeta as a colony and flourished with other peoples who joined, including those fleeing from the tyranny of Atlantis. Like New York being a group of cultures, Lemuria had a very large Taygetan component but was cosmopolitan (Transcript 125, Transcript 138).
Atlantis was a society, a culture, and the name of the capital of that civilisation. It was located on the continent of Appalachia — now under the North Atlantic, with the Appalachian Mountains in the eastern United States as a remnant. Its capital was south of the Bahamas, in what is now the Bermuda Triangle, though it had other major cities in northern Iraq, the Mediterranean, and South America, including Machu Picchu and Tiahuanaco (Transcript 125).
Swaruu was explicit about the nature of Atlantis: it was an almost exclusively reptilian place. People on Earth are mixing qualities of Atlantis with qualities of the earlier Lyrian civilisation (called Lyria-Gaia), which was completely like an embassy where countless races coexisted freely. The Atlanteans who are often mentioned in alternative history — the tall, bearded figures — were not from Earth's Atlantis. They were from the solar system of Atlas in the Pleiades, eight to ten metres tall with copper-coloured skin and brown or black beards (Transcript 138).
Egypt was described as Federation, while Atlantis was the Reptile Confederation (Transcript 146).
The enslavement of the Lyrians
After the Lyrian civilisation on Earth was invaded by reptiles in what is called the First Ancient War — a conflict involving nuclear weapons, traces of which remain in places like Pakistan — the reptiles enslaved the surviving Lyrian population. These enslaved Lyrians were called Adams by the reptilians, forming the Adamic race (Transcript 138).
Children were separated from adults. Newborns were taken from their mothers and indoctrinated with reptile teachings. The adults were slaughtered and eaten. The children were left to start a new race of slaves. The reptiles attempted genetic modification of the Lyrians but failed because of their very strong connection to Source. As Swaruu stated, the Lyrian genetics is too strong — if they suppress a gene it will emerge again because of the high consciousness of the people (Transcript 138).
This is where the material diverges sharply from the Sumerian Tablet narrative. Swaruu stated that what the Tablets say about humans being genetically created is false — humans were not made by the reptilians. The genetic engineering that did succeed was performed on the reptilians' own species, creating a subordinate reptilian race indigenous to Earth that still does the dirty work for the supreme reptilians (Transcript 138).
The Genesis story decoded
The material provides a specific decoding of the Garden of Eden narrative. During the period of Lyrian enslavement, the only place still fighting the reptiles was Lemuria. The Taygetan Pleiadians at the Lemurian base knew what was happening and mounted a counter-operation to free the enslaved Lyrians.
Swaruu decoded it as follows: the Snake is the Taygetan women of Lemuria — the Egyptian hieroglyph for woman is a snake, representing the DNA spiral. The Garden of Eden is Atlantis, the reptilian stronghold. The forbidden fruit is truth and knowledge. Adam represents the male Lyrian slaves, Eve the female slaves. Naked means without knowledge (Transcript 138).
The Taygetan women, passing as Adamic race members, gained access to the places where the slaves were held and communicated liberation teachings first to the women, who then passed them to the men. This is why the operation targeted Eve first — the women had access that the men did not. And this, Swaruu stated, is why women have been repressed on Earth ever since. The reptilians never forgave this act. The hatred of the feminine runs from this specific event through all subsequent human history (Transcript 138).
The freed Lyrians revolted and fled Atlantis. The furious reptiles launched a great hunt and massacre of Lyrians and Taygetans, with Lemuria remaining as the last stronghold of resistance.
The destruction of Tiamat
Tiamat was a very large planet, about eighty percent the size of Neptune, closer to Earth than Mars is today. It was a water planet with few islands, so luminescent from reflected sunlight that it appeared as a second sun. This is the source of myths about two suns found in records from China, Japan, the Sumerian tablets, and the Mayan Popol Vuh. The modern Nibiru myth is a distorted memory of Tiamat (Transcript 138).
The destruction came from a massive space battle. The reptilians, knowing the Federation was approaching to investigate the loss of contact with the Lemurian base and the Lyrian colony, set up a fictitious base on Tiamat transmitting decoy signals to mount an ambush. A large Federation combat fleet led by Taygeta entered the system and fell into the trap. The resulting battle was of epic proportions, destroying more than seventy-five percent of the forces on both sides (Transcript 138).
Weapons of mass destruction — zero-point and thermonuclear — were used, destabilising Tiamat and creating shockwaves in its ocean that disrupted its magnetosphere. The planet was destroyed. Mars was also devastated. The destruction caused chaos across the entire solar system, altering the orbital dynamics of all planets (Transcript 138).
The Great Flood
The destruction of Tiamat sent vast quantities of water cascading onto Earth. At that time Earth had five more continents than it does today — Appalachia, Fennoscandia, Oceana, Tirandia, and Beringia — and was covered predominantly in dense forest. The deluge submerged these continents, destroyed both the Atlantean and Lemurian civilisations simultaneously, caused a pole shift, and reconfigured the continents into their present arrangement (Transcript 138, Transcript 125).
This is the event behind the legend of Noah's Ark and every flood myth found across cultures worldwide. There was no Ice Age at this time, Swaruu stated — that was introduced as an excuse to erase the true history (Transcript 138).
What happened to the survivors
The survivors of Lemuria — a mixture of Taygetans and freed Homo Atlantis (the Adamic race) — fled toward what is now South America, North America, and Japan. The majority reached North America, knowing they were being pursued by surviving Atlanteans. They entered known cavern systems beneath Mount Shasta and went deep underground. Over thousands of years, with relatively little negative interference, they spread throughout the planet underground, forming the Agarthean civilisation. Their capital city is Great Shambala beneath the Gobi Desert, Mongolia, and northern China (Transcript 125).
The survivors of Atlantis — the remaining reptilians and their enslaved populations — fled to the highlands of Ireland and Scotland, where the water had not reached. This is the actual reason for the name Highlands — they were high relative to the flood, not particularly elevated in absolute terms. From there, they later migrated down to Egypt. The Homo Capensis or Elohi, who had been associated with Atlantis, were among these highland refugees (Transcript 125, Transcript 138).
The aftermath: the 3D Matrix
In the immediate aftermath, the Federation was severely weakened — it had lost the majority of its fleet in the Tiamat battle. The remaining reptilian population on Earth, though also vastly reduced and stripped of technology, began re-enslaving the surviving Lyrian population using mind control, as they no longer had the technology for anything else (Transcript 138).
The Federation chose to install an electromagnetic barrier around the Earth — the 3D Matrix — projected from a damaged Andromedan biosphere ship that became the Moon. This was meant as a temporary measure to prevent the negative reptilians from escaping while the Federation recovered. The Van Allen belts are the manifestation of this containment field (Transcript 138).
But the plan went wrong. The reptilians adapted and began using the Matrix frequencies to their advantage, creating the conditions for the current situation on Earth — where the containment system intended to trap the negative forces has become the primary tool for controlling the human population.
The destruction of Tiamat and the war for Earth is described as the continuation of the Orion Wars, which are not over. The difference is that now the Federation has superiority over the regressive Reptiles (Transcript 138).
