Short Answer
Source is everything. In the Cosmic Agency material, Source is not a god, not a being, and not an entity that created the universe — it is the universe, and it is you. The speakers consistently define Source as the infinite, unified field of consciousness from which all apparently separate things arise and to which they never actually stop belonging. Swaruu of Erra calls it the Ether — pure, all-inclusive potential energy that is simultaneously the supreme creator consciousness and the medium in which all existence occurs. There is no place where Source is not. There is no thing that is not Source.
Each individual person is described as a holographic fragment of Source — not a piece broken off from a larger whole, but a complete copy that contains all the attributes and information of the original, the way a fragment of an optical hologram still contains the full image. You are not separate from Source looking back at it. You are Source looking at itself through the keyhole of a particular identity. Your consciousness, your memories, your sense of self — these are the Ether dreaming it is a person.
The practical implication is radical: the same creative power that generates the entire universe is operating through every individual awareness. The only thing that limits that power is the belief in limitation itself. All spiritual evolution, in this framework, is simply Source remembering what it already is — progressively dissolving the illusion of separation until the individual consciousness recognises itself as the whole.

Source as the Ether: The Foundational Definition
The most comprehensive description of Source in the material comes from Swaruu of Erra in transcript 058, titled simply "Ether." Here she provides the definition that underpins everything else.
The Ether is the supreme creator consciousness of everything. The original Source. The sum of all seemingly external individual consciousnesses, in the form of holographic fragments of the whole, which contain all the form and qualities and characteristics of the original. That intelligence is you.
This is not metaphor. For the Taygetans, this is the empirical basis of their science — the reason their ships can travel instantly across thousands of light years, the reason their technology can manipulate matter through frequency control, and the reason time travel is possible. From the Ether, everything is — the entire universe is contained superimposed within it, with no distances and no time. The appearance of space, distance, and separate objects is produced by frequency differences within a single unified field.
Swaruu explains that all physical matter is standing waves within this field — patterns of energy sustained by harmonics of frequency. A pencil exists because a complicated system of frequency harmonics holds potential energy at specific points. A car involves billions of variables of energy pulsation. But none of it is solid. It is all Ether expressed as apparent form through the same principles a wave expresses on the surface of the ocean while remaining inseparable from the ocean.
When Gosia asks whether there might be something beyond the Ether — some deeper layer — Swaruu's response is definitive: the Ether is all-inclusive and infinite. Whatever you add to it is only more Ether. The infinite cannot contain anything beyond the infinite. It is just more infinite. This is the ultimate claim of the material: there is nothing outside Source, because "outside" is a concept that can only exist within it.
The Holographic Fragment: How Source Becomes Individual
If Source is everything, how do individual people exist? The answer given consistently across the material is the holographic principle.
Swaruu of Erra explains it most clearly in transcript 010: each person is a complete holographic fragment of the Original Source, endowed with all the attributes of the original because in its own right it is the original. She uses the analogy of an optical hologram — if you split it in two, you do not get two halves, but two complete images identical to the original, only smaller. Split it into a million pieces and each fragment still contains the entire image with all its detail.
This is what souls are: holographic fragments of the Original Source. Each one, in its own right, is Source. The creative power is not diminished by fragmentation — it is fully present in every fragment. The only thing that creates the appearance of limitation is the point of attention from which the fragment perceives. As Swaruu puts it: it is this point of attention that leads you to perceive yourself as limited and to assume that what you experience in your life is caused by external factors. But the only thing that limits you is the idea that you are limited.
Athena Swaruu develops the same principle in transcript 184 when she states that the soul does not exist as a separate thing — not a floating ghostly sphere that can be acquired, trapped, destroyed, or sold. The soul IS Source itself, pure consciousness, the great whole including everything. What creates the appearance of an individual soul is a self-limitation — Source choosing to perceive from one point of itself to another point of itself and calling that particular perspective "a person." The Taygetan word for this is Set'ha'ya — eternal essence — and in transcript 034, Swaruu 9 defines it as a holographic fractal of Source, the signal from Source that IS Source.
Consciousness Creates Matter — Not the Other Way Around
A critical distinction in this framework is the direction of causation. Earth science generally assumes that consciousness arises from matter — that the brain produces awareness. The Cosmic Agency material inverts this completely.
In transcript 010, Swaruu 9 states it plainly: for the Taygetan science as well as for many other races, it is the consciousness that generates the matter. The physical world is a shadow cast by consciousness onto a lower plane. DNA is not a random chemical structure that accidentally produced awareness — it is the materialisation of an energetic template (called adma in Taygetan terminology) projected from a higher existential plane through the same principles that govern standing waves and dominant frequencies.
Swaruu of Erra elaborates this in transcript 058: what controls the harmonics of a frequency, if it is artificial, is the quantum micro-accelerators; naturally, it is the very thought of a conscious being. Consciousness determines the order and sequence of the harmonics that form standing waves, which in turn produce what we perceive as physical objects. This is the law of mirrors or law of attraction operating at its most fundamental level.
The brain, in this framework, is not the producer of consciousness but a translator developed by consciousness for the purpose of interacting with a specific frequency range. Athena Swaruu explains in transcript 286 that memory is not in the brain — it is in the etheric field. The brain only decodes and projects those memories into the physical world. It does not generate the signal; it receives it, the way a television does not produce the programme it displays.
Source and Duality: Why Separation Exists
If everything is one unified consciousness, why does duality exist? Why is there pain, opposition, and the experience of being separate?
Yazhi Swaruu addresses this in transcript 354 and across the metaphysical chat material. Source is complete — yet to know itself, it requires contrast. Being everything simultaneously means having no reference point from which to perceive. The only way to be someone is through the illusion of separation — them versus you. Without contrast, there is no experience, no growth, no awareness of what you are.
In transcript 390, Yazhi tells Gosia: to be, you need to understand what is not you. That understanding is what you seek. But to fully understand this, you must know what it is like not to be above 5D. The reason you miss higher realms is because you are perceiving what is not higher realms — so you appreciate them more through the contrast.
This means duality is not a mistake or a punishment. It is the mechanism by which Source explores itself. The experience of being a limited, apparently separate individual — cut off from the knowledge of what you truly are — is precisely the experience Source is having through you. As Swaruu 9 explains in transcript 010, seemingly individual consciousnesses are holographic fragments of the great Self, and as consciousness grows, it progressively dissolves the idea of separation, incorporating others as part of itself, until it recognises that it has always been the Original Source.
The negative side of existence — what the material calls the regressive, the controlling, the destructive — is also Source. Swaruu 9 is explicit: there are no good beings or bad beings; they are all inseparable parts of the same Original Source. Good and bad are only points of view, contrast needed to perceive duality. As consciousness advances, duality dissolves. Only the positive prevails — love, the integration of everything as part of oneself. This is not a moral injunction but a description of what happens as awareness expands: you stop being able to see anything as truly "other."
Source Does Not Create — It Is
One of the most significant departures from Earth religious frameworks is that Source is not a creator in the traditional sense. The material rejects creationism and evolution alike as incomplete.
In transcript 010, Swaruu 9 states: for Taygeta, the Universe, the All, never had a beginning and will never have an end; it only is, and has always been. Biology, animals, plants are inseparable parts of that whole — shadows on a lower plane of something progressively more complex on higher planes. There was no moment of creation because there is no time at the most fundamental level. Time is the result of the consciousness that perceives — a product of having a limited point of attention, not a feature of Source itself.
Similarly, the idea of a personal God who created the universe and judges behaviour is explicitly rejected. In transcript 018, the Taygetans explain that their closest concept to what humans call God is always feminine — creative energy, the generative principle — and they do not use the concept in the way Earth religions do. Source is not a being with preferences, commands, or moral judgements. It is the field in which all beings, all preferences, all moralities arise and dissolve.
This has practical consequences. If Source did not create you as a separate being and then set you loose, but rather you ARE Source experiencing limitation, then the relationship between you and the whole is not one of creature to creator. It is one of wave to ocean. You do not pray to the ocean to save you. You remember that you are the ocean.
Integration: The Highest Frequency
The material introduces a concept that may surprise those expecting the answer to be "love." In transcript 058, Swaruu of Erra states: love is not the highest frequency, far from it. The highest frequency is INTEGRATION.
Integration means incorporating everything — including what you fear, reject, and deny — as part of yourself. It is the process of facing shadows (in the Jungian sense), accepting negativity and darkness as aspects of the whole self, and dissolving the fragmentation that creates the illusion of being limited. When negativity is faced with love and acceptance, it dissolves, leaving behind the unified self — what Swaruu calls the quantum I.
This connects directly to the Source framework: if everything is Source, then rejection of any part of existence is a rejection of Source itself. The path back to wholeness is not achieved by eliminating the negative but by integrating it — recognising it as another face of the same consciousness. The ego, Swaruu explains drawing on Jung, is what results from the destruction of the I. Reunifying the I means healing the split between spirit and body, between the physical self and the etheric self, that the Matrix of limited perception imposes.
Source and the Afterlife: What "Returning to Source" Means
When the material says a person "returns to Source" after death, this does not mean they dissolve into a formless cosmic soup. As explained in transcripts 062 and 223, the afterlife is governed by frequency — you experience whatever your frequency dictates. Higher frequency means a lighter, more expansive experience. Lower frequency means a denser, more restricted one.
But the critical point is that you never actually left Source. Yazhi makes this clear in transcript 223: the higher planes are HERE — not higher or different, but the same plane that expands. Returning to Source is not going somewhere — it is ceasing to restrict your awareness to a narrow frequency band. Death removes the body, which was the primary mechanism of that restriction. What remains is the soul-ego-self, which then perceives according to its own frequency and belief system.
This is why the material insists so strongly that belief systems matter, that inner work matters, that releasing attachments and fears matters — not because a judging god will reward or punish you, but because your frequency IS your reality, both during life and after it. Your consciousness is a fragment of Source that has always been creating its own experience. Death does not change that dynamic. It only removes one layer of limitation.
Evolution of Understanding Across Speakers
Swaruu of Erra (Swaruu original) provides the scientific-metaphysical foundation: the Ether IS Source, the supreme creator consciousness, all-inclusive and infinite. Matter is standing waves within the Ether. Consciousness controls frequency and frequency determines manifestation. The highest principle is not love but integration — the reunification of all aspects of self. The Ether already contains all possibilities and cannot have anything beyond it.
Swaruu of Erra (Swaruu 9) develops the holographic fragment model and its practical implications. Each person is a complete holographic copy of Source with all its creative power. Consciousness generates matter, not the reverse. DNA is a shadow cast from higher planes by the adma. The universe never had a beginning and will never end. All beings, positive and negative, are inseparable parts of Source. Individuality is not lost through integration but expanded.
Athena Swaruu strips the concept to its most rigorous form: the soul IS Source — pure consciousness. There is nothing to trap, nothing to acquire, nothing to destroy. What we call an individual soul is only Source choosing to see from one point of itself to another and calling that perspective a person. This is a self-imposed limitation, a set of ideas, not an object.
Yazhi Swaruu provides the existential dimension: Source fragments for contrast, to have experience, to know itself through the perception of what it is not. Duality exists because without it, there is no being. The pursuit of knowledge — the relentless expansion of awareness — is Source's nature. From high enough, all individual identity becomes optional, chosen, and playful rather than fixed.
Mari Swaruu provides the experiential angle: Source is encountered through past-life memory, through the knowing that you carry experiences across incarnations, through the recognition that your personality was built across lifetimes by the same continuous consciousness. The veil of forgetfulness obscures Source from the incarnated person, but never severs the connection.
