Short answer: According to the material, Tartaria was a real and technologically advanced civilisation that covered a vast territory across central and eastern Eurasia — from roughly a thousand kilometres west of Moscow to the Kamchatka peninsula, including Siberia, Mongolia, Tibet, northern China, Kazakhstan, and possibly Afghanistan. Athena Swaruu confirmed that non-human records corroborate its existence, and that the Toleka's own ship sensors detect the remains of more than fifty large cities, many with pyramids, buried beneath the steppe and desert in those regions. The civilisation was systematically destroyed and erased from history between approximately the 1700s and the early twentieth century, with the greatest destruction occurring in the mid-nineteenth century. Mari Swaruu went further, arguing that the directive to erase Tartaria came not merely from the Earth Cabal but from the Galactic Federation itself, as part of a broader pattern of civilisation resets and false history imposition that extends beyond Earth.
Evidence from ship sensors
Athena Swaruu stated in Transcript 295 that she began investigating Tartaria using both Earth-based research and the Toleka's own instruments. The ship's gravitometer and nose radar confirmed what Earth researchers had been claiming — that there was indeed a highly sophisticated and very vast civilisation in the area of Siberia and in various directions from there.
She described not one or two cities, but the remains of more than fifty large ones, each of several square kilometres in dimension — basically the size of modern cities. Most are now under the ground, beneath grass and sediment, or erased by the sands of the Gobi, Mongolian, and Chinese deserts. She noted that using human ground-penetrating radar technology, these are easily found, and that the rate at which nature erases a building indicates these cities were levelled artificially, not by natural decay.
The penetrating radar also indicates the presence of hundreds of pyramids and pyramid remains around the ruins of the large cities detected there, with the greatest concentration found under the Gobi desert and in northern China, where countless pyramids are still visible to the naked eye on the surface. The presence of pyramids across the entire area indicates the extensive use of zero-point energy, as pyramids in the material's framework are described as zero-point energy generators.
The civilisation described
Athena characterised Tartaria as technologically advanced with zero-point electrical power but lacking interstellar capability. She could not yet determine what influence the civilisation had outside of Earth. The Federation's records reference it not under the name Tartaria but as Southern Hyperborea, non-Czarist Russia, or Asian Empire.
On the question of the inhabitants' appearance, Athena stated that they were highly likely white-skinned, blond or red-haired, and possibly of very tall stature. Multiple documents, paintings, and descriptions indicate inhabitants of the South Siberian region were between 2.5 and 3 metres tall, though Athena also had data suggesting they were tall but not exaggeratedly so — more like Taygetan males, who average about 2 metres but can reach 2.6 metres.
She noted that the modern nomadic Mongol populations of the region do not originally belong there but are the result of Chinese mixing with nomadic migrants from the Korean peninsula, who arrived later and mixed with the original inhabitants of Tartaria as population gaps formed during the destruction.
The Great Wall evidence
Athena presented what she described as a revealing piece of evidence regarding the Great Wall of China. She pointed out that the defensive structures on the wall — specifically the archer positions — face south toward China, not north toward Mongolia. This means the wall was not built by the Chinese to defend against northern invaders but was built by the Tartars to defend themselves from China.
She added that the type of construction, design, architecture, and materials are the same as those found in the ruins and vestiges of the destroyed cities in Mongolia and Siberia, further connecting the wall to the Tartarian civilisation rather than to China.
The destruction
Athena placed the destruction of Tartaria between the 1700s and the early twentieth century, with the greatest mass of destruction in the mid-nineteenth century, ending completely in 1938, although it had been in decline since the 1700s. She emphasised that these timeframes are based on a false time frame, as the times do not correspond at all, neither with Tartaria nor with the rest of terrestrial history.
The evidence shows that there was a genocide. The inhabitants were wiped out. She connected this to the Cabal, stating that the destruction was carried out using historical wars like the Napoleonic ones, but with places and battles being lied about to fit a manufactured narrative.
She also connected the destruction to a pattern of orphaned children. A huge number of orphans appeared between the 1830s and 1940s — rows and rows of children who were later given new identities and then disappeared. Athena suspected that by logic they ended up underground, in tunnels at the service of the human and non-human Cabal, as vestiges of a strange emigration from cities and countries that simply do not exist — that is to say, Tartaria.
Soviet nuclear tests as attacks
Athena presented a striking connection between Soviet nuclear test detonation sites and Tartarian city locations. A map of nuclear bomb test detonations in the Soviet Union shows them scattered all over Russia in apparent disarray. She stated that the location of the detonations corresponds almost perfectly with either locations with ancient underground bases, entrances to the intraterrestrial world, or large cities of ancient Tartaria.
She cited Alexander Barchenko, who was involved with Soviet atomic testing on the Kola Peninsula and was later executed for high treason. Barchenko claimed that subterranean detonations were being made with bombs designed to produce downward shock waves, using compressed energy rather than atomic weapons, and that these were to destroy an enemy of Russia hidden in deep caverns. Athena concluded that if Barchenko was right, the so-called nuclear tests across all of Tartaria were actually attacks against intraterrestrial survivors of the Tartarian civilisation who had retreated to underground facilities where their civilisation already had infrastructure.
Time compression and false chronology
A central theme of the Tartaria material is that history itself is compressed. Athena explained in Transcript 296 that what happened in the last two thousand years actually happened in less than six hundred years or even less. She described a journey with her mother in a time-jumping ship where they went to see the construction of Hadrian's Wall in Scotland in Roman times, only to fly to Paris and find the Renaissance happening simultaneously — with an error of about fifteen hundred years on the gravity maps compared to official history.
She explained that time-jumping ships navigate by frequency maps — mass-gravity configurations — not by dates. You cannot punch a date into the navigation computer. The result is that when crew members visit historical events, they often find that the official dating is wrong. Characters that human history places in different centuries are found living simultaneously. Events that are supposed to be separated by thousands of years happened in much more compact timeframes.
This means the standard timeline into which Tartaria is placed is itself unreliable. The civilisation may have existed in a different relationship to other historical events than any Earth-based timeline suggests.
The Federation's role
Mari Swaruu expanded the scope of the Tartaria question in Transcript S-115. While Athena focused on the physical evidence, Mari argued that the erasure of Tartaria could not have been accomplished by the Earth Cabal alone. She noted that Tartaria is missing from the Galactic Federation's archives as well, and concluded that the directive to erase Tartaria came from the Federation itself and not only from the so-called Cabal on Earth.
She stated that officially written history looks more like a fairy tale or as a set of lies, and that it is not merely altered by the victors but mostly fabricated from start to finish. She connected Tartaria's erasure to a pattern of civilisation resets that the Federation has carried out on Earth, noting that this is not exclusive to Earth — the same problem of false history and lies is going on with other non-human civilisations under Federation control, specifically mentioning the Alfratans of Alpha Centauri.
The recent deluge theory
In Transcript S-265, Mari Swaruu pushed the timeline further, arguing that the events leading to the destruction of planet Tiamat may have occurred much more recently than the official twelve-thousand-five-hundred-year timeframe. She connected the buried buildings and mud-flow events associated with Tartaria's destruction to a possible global deluge that happened as recently as two hundred years ago.
Her reasoning was that Tiamat's water, when ejected into space, would have clumped together in large packs of blobs rather than a single mass. Therefore Earth may have suffered more than one global deluge event, with water falling on the planet each time it passed through a patch in space full of Tiamat's remnant water. Much of that water is still out there — today called the asteroid belt, which Mari stated is made mostly of ice, as dirty snowballs, not solid rocks.
She connected the time-slip differential between planets — the 4.6:1 ratio between Temmer and Earth, where for every day on Temmer, 4.6 days pass on Earth — to the difficulty of establishing accurate dates for events on Earth as observed from other planets. This differential is convenient for hiding events from other star races, making civilisation resets possible without detection.
What remains uncertain
Both speakers were careful to note the limits of their knowledge. Athena stated that she still did not have conclusive information about whether the Tartarians were truly giants, or about the exact mechanism by which they were destroyed. She could not fully explain why their civilisation, if it possessed zero-point energy technology, was unable to defend itself. Mari acknowledged that her recent-deluge theory was speculative — connecting dots with the best available information but potentially subject to revision.
What they agreed on is the conclusion: Tartaria existed, it was advanced, it was deliberately destroyed and erased from both human and Federation historical records, and its erasure is evidence of a much larger pattern of false history that extends far beyond any single civilisation or any single planet.
