Antarctica is one of the most extensively discussed locations in the Cosmic Agency material, addressed by multiple speakers across several transcripts. The Taygetan picture of Antarctica goes far beyond ancient history — it describes an active, heavily militarised extraterrestrial-human command centre that operates as the real power centre of Earth today.
The Federation's Control Centre
According to the Taygetans, Antarctica has served as the primary Federation control area over Earth since at least the time of the Great Flood caused by the Tiamat destruction, approximately 12,500 years ago. The region was chosen specifically because of its inaccessible properties — it would be extremely difficult for normal humans with conventional technology to reach or explore, making it ideal for operations that needed to remain hidden from the general population (S-025, Mari Swaruu).
Athena Swaruu describes Antarctica as the place where human governments meet extraterrestrial government — specifically, the Federation. It functions as a location where all involved parties can control humanity from the surface using high-tech bases, knowing the area is off-limits to the general public. The bases include old ones, some in ruins, some ancient, some with destroyed cities and secret archaeological sites, as well as many new military bases, both human and non-human. Most are situated near or bordering the entrance to inner Earth (228, Athena Swaruu).
What Can Be Seen from Orbit
Mari Swaruu provides a remarkable first-hand observational report from the Toleka ship in low orbit. She describes constant traffic of between 25 and 50 spacecraft coming in and out of Antarctica every day, clearly following organised traffic corridors guided by both a surface-based traffic control system and the Andromedan biosphere ship Viera, which operates from behind the Moon. Most traffic moves from the geometric centre of Antarctica in a nearly perpendicular ascent into space, with the majority continuing toward the Moon (S-025, Mari Swaruu).
She also observes substantial human military aircraft traffic — C-17 Globemaster, C-5 Galaxy, C-130 Hercules, Russian Antonov-22 transports, and large private jets including Gulfstreams and Cessnas. Fighter aircraft patrol well inland, despite there being no officially acknowledged fighter bases in the region. Warships from multiple nations — the United States, Great Britain, Russia, China, Australia, Chile, and Argentina — patrol the entire coastline, and notably they appear to cooperate closely, moving together in tandem regardless of national affiliation (S-025, Mari Swaruu).
Mari states directly that Antarctica is one of the highest militarised zones on Earth, if not the most militarised by far, despite being officially designated as a demilitarised area (S-025, Mari Swaruu).
The Interior: Ice-Free Land and Inner Earth
One of the most striking observations is what lies deeper inland. Mari describes a large wall-like structure well within the interior — an artificial line acting as a barrier, nearly perfectly circular, at least a hundred metres tall, surrounding the centre from thousands of kilometres away. Beyond this wall, the centre of Antarctica contains a very large extension of land with no ice and clear green vegetation. She estimates the ice-free green patch to be at least the size of Britain, with the polar main cavity to inner Earth at its centre (S-025, Mari Swaruu).
Who Operates There
The races present in Antarctica are numerous and diverse. Mari lists Andromedans, Arcturians of the Dieslentiplex branch, many Sirians, several types of Grays in large numbers (mostly Tall Grays), Malakak or Tall Whites, multiple Lyrian star cultures, and the Centauri or Alfratans, who are the most numerous extraterrestrials on Earth (S-025, Mari Swaruu).
Dhor Kaal'el adds that the non-human contingents include Maitré, Reptilians including Dracos, Tall Whites, and Orange races among others of more human appearance. He emphasises that every non-human race with bases in Antarctica cooperates with the Cabal, and that any race operating from there will be cooperating with the Cabal's elite military arms and three-letter agencies (277, Dhor Kaal'el).
Notably absent are official Pleiadian detachments — no Pleiadian race has official representation working there. Mari describes them as complete cities, mostly underground, connected to countless other deep underground military bases and cities across the entire Earth by high-speed magnetic trains. Non-human people of any star race enter Earth primarily through Antarctica and then move via the underground high-speed train system to their final destinations, which are often located beneath the most important human cities on the surface. It is in these underground locations that coordination between the local non-human government and the larger Federation and human governments takes place — at least once a month, to make plans and issue orders for how human society should be steered (S-025, Mari Swaruu).
The "Surrender" Narrative
The popular alternative media claim that Cabal leaders go to Antarctica to surrender has been addressed directly by Athena Swaruu. She describes this as distorted truth: world puppet leaders do go to Antarctica, but to pledge their allegiance to their controllers — the deep Cabal, Reptilian, and other non-human races representing the Federation — not to surrender after a war. The top controllers operate under the rule of allowing the human population to go through and learn from their mistakes, and will not intervene as described by many alternative media sources (228, Athena Swaruu).
