Short Answer

The Alfratans — also called Centaurians or Centauri — are the inhabitants of Phaethon (also called Alfrata), the largest planet in the Alpha Centauri A system. They are of mixed Lyrian descent, predominantly resembling mixed-race Latinos, because their population descends from thousands of years of human abductions from Earth. Their planet was a Reptilian farm where humans were kept as literal livestock — not through mind control as on Earth, but in cages, raised for food, skin, and slave labour. In 1560, the Federation — including Taygeta and Engan — arrived as a direct military operation and liberated the planet, destroying the Reptilian occupation (121).

Since their liberation, the Alfratans have been nursed from a traumatised farm population into a fully progressive, technologically independent Federation member race. They are now the most numerous and active positive force around Earth alongside the Karistus (234), operating the "Black Knight" fighter fleet and serving as the primary space police enforcing Federation protocols in Earth's vicinity (221, 244). Their loyalty to the Federation is rooted in direct gratitude — the Federation literally freed them from cages — and in a shared framework of perception that treats the Federation's rules as the operating system of their reality, not as something to question (186).

Origin: Phaethon as a Reptilian Farm

Alpha Centauri A has seven planets. Phaethon (Alfrata) is the largest at 95% of Earth's size, Class M with a mild climate, and similar in continental and ocean layout to Earth. The next planets, Phainon and Pyroies, serve only as underground stations — military and industrial installations kept separate from the population to avoid contamination of the main world (121).

The original population of Phaethon was Lyrian — descended from the Great Expansion approximately one million years ago. But the planet was invaded by Reptilian forces, primarily Draco Naga and Usungal (the Kingu on Earth). The Reptilians wiped out the original Lyrian population and converted the planet into a farm prison.

The distinction from Earth is critical. On Earth, human control operates through mind control — the population believes it is free. On Phaethon, there was no pretence. Humans were kept in cages as livestock, raised for meat, skin, and slave labour. The farm population was not the original Lyrians (who were rebels and warriors with strong Source connection and did not survive the invasion or were absorbed) but rather humans abducted from Earth over thousands of years — specifically between approximately 6000 BCE and 1560 CE. Earth humans were preferred because they were already under the lunar Matrix's mind control and in victim mentality, making them easier to manage than the original Lyrians would have been (121).

Swaruu notes that this was a 5D planet — low 5D, roughly 52nd density on a 100-point scale compared to Taygeta at the 58th or 59th. But the suffering and farm conditions lowered the collective frequency further, making the effective density closer to a low 4D (121).

The Liberation of 1560

In 1560, the Federation launched a direct military operation against Phaethon. The Prime Directive was not considered an obstacle because the situation was an overt exploitation farm — there was no ambiguity about whether the population desired liberation. The majority already wanted to be free (121).

The operation included Taygetan and Engan forces among others. They destroyed the Reptilian occupation — primarily Draco forces — and freed the surviving human population. Part of the operation extended to Earth to end the human supply lines and finish off Draco ships that might return to Phaethon. Swaruu identifies historical artwork documenting aerial battles in 1561 as filtered evidence of this operation: the large wedge-shaped ship in these images is identified as the Andromedan biosphere ship still present in Earth orbit today, which served as a carrier for Taygetan and Centauri fighter craft (121).

The liberation lasted roughly from 1560 to 1570. A critical consequence: the Reptilians remaining on Earth shifted more heavily toward mind control methods after Phaethon, hiding behind the Prime Directive to avoid provoking another direct military intervention. On Earth, where humans still believe they are free, the Prime Directive applies. On Phaethon, where exploitation was overt, it did not (121).

From Farm Survivors to Federation Force

After liberation, the Federation placed Phaethon under its guardianship with mentor races — Taygetans, Andromedans, and others — who established a holographic society of the Andromedan stepped-council type. The survivors were, in Swaruu's words, "nursed like children until they were able to evolve as an independent race" (121).

Today they are a progressive, free race in full positive development, included as Federation members with technology obtained from multiple Federation races including Taygeta, plus their own independent developments. Their appearance reflects their origin: mixed-race Latino, because that is the demographic result of combining all the Earth races that were abducted to Phaethon over millennia (121).

They are now described as the most active Federation race around Earth by far, and the most numerous, with a whole fleet present. The "Black Knights" — objects occasionally detected in Earth orbit — are identified as Centauri fighter ships, Class L by design. The Alfratans and their close allies the Antarians have taken over the operational military role that Taygeta held under previous command structures. Aneeka notes that what "the Alfratans and the Antareans do today" was previously the role of the Taygeta fleet under Asket's more interventionist command, before Alenym's current philosophy shifted Taygeta toward a more diplomatic posture (244).

Why They Follow the Federation

The question of Alfratan loyalty is addressed most directly by Yazhi in transcript 186, where she explains it not as Stockholm syndrome but as a function of how perception and reality work.

Yazhi's framework begins with the principle that reality is based on perception, perception on agreements, agreements on information, and information on frequency. Every culture has its own Matrix of perception agreements. Earth's is artificially isolated and uniquely extreme, but every civilisation has one.

The Alfratans exist in a zone of overlap between Earth's perception framework and the broader Federation framework. Because their past is directly linked to Earth — their population literally came from Earth — they share some of Earth's concepts, including the idea of evil Reptilians and the need for liberation from oppression. This is why they play the role of liberators and guardians: it is a genuine expression of their cultural identity, not a pretence (186).

However, as Federation members, the Alfratans also operate within a broader set of perception agreements that do not exist on Earth. They understand that Earth's concept of evil is specific to Earth and does not apply outside Earth in the same way. They see the Reptilian problem as "contained on Earth and as the result of the collective manifestation of the people there — part of the 'game' of being human" (186). This means they follow Federation protocols about non-intervention not because they are forced to, but because those protocols align with their understanding of how reality works.

Yazhi describes the relationship as layered roles: "humans will play the role of defenseless creatures in victim mode, and one layer above, the Antarians and Alfratans will play the role of liberators, or guardians. Just two levels of the same game" (186). The Alfratans protect Earth from external opportunistic threats — races that would exploit Earth's vulnerable state — but they will not liberate humans from their own internal oppression because that falls outside what both the Federation and the Alfratans' own perception framework considers appropriate.

In practical terms: Alfratan pilots enforce the Earth blockade, prevent unauthorised ships from entering and leaving without cloaking protocols, and patrol against regressive forces. Athena Swaruu describes them as "the cops who prevent them from flying or circulating on and near Earth with their ships hindering their particular agendas" (244). Together with the Antarians, they are the Federation's operational enforcement arm around Earth.

Language, Culture, and Daily Operations

Because the Alfratan population descends from abducted Earth humans, their language is a blend of terrestrial languages — primarily Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, English, Russian, French, Portuguese, and German — mixed together. Aneeka describes it as "irritating because when you hear them speak it's like they jump from one language to another and just when you are about to understand something, they say something else that you don't understand" (244).

They have telepathic capability but culturally prefer verbal communication — Aneeka describes them as "lazy" with telepathy and "very talkative." This has practical consequences: they have difficulty operating Taygetan technology, which relies heavily on telepathic mind-computer interfaces. They must either use manual controls or leave ships on autopilot (244).

Their ships are primarily disc-shaped — described as resembling dinner plates with details at the equator, approximately one kilometre in length for the larger vessels. Aneeka identifies the Black Knight satellites as Alfratan Class L fighter craft. The Alfratans maintain significant combat capability but their ships are technologically inferior to Taygetan vessels — when the Alfratan ship Valery was hit by directed energy weapons from Earth in early 2022, it suffered severe damage (hull pierced, all computers lost, ship left adrift), whereas Aneeka notes that Toleka, which was nearby, would have been far better equipped to absorb such an attack (244).

Their operational activity is constant. Aneeka describes the situation around Earth as "an eternal cat and mouse lethal game" with regressive forces, where Alfratan and Antarian patrols operate alongside Karistus atmospheric operations (221). Together with the Karistus, they are identified as "the most numerous non-human species working here in favor of Earth" (234).

The Urmah Counternarrative

The Urmah offer a fundamentally different reading of the Alfratan story. In an interview with Mari Swaruu, Arishah — an Urmah representative — is asked directly about Alfrata's liberation and whether the Federation's narrative is genuine.

Arishah's answer reframes the entire history: "We think Alfrata was a fully controlled Federation planet back then as it is now, and the liberation was nothing but pantomime, a reset, a make-belief for the people living there for the experience and manipulative purposes. They erased their past to start over with a new creation, with a new narrative to follow and to keep them busy and thankful to the Federation" (S-118).

In the Urmah view, both Alfrata and Earth have "always been under Federation control and have been reset several times in their past as the Federation has seen best and for obscure interests." The liberation of 1560, rather than being a genuine military rescue, was simply one of these resets — the Federation reorganising its own farm, not freeing it from someone else. The Alfratans' gratitude toward the Federation is therefore, in the Urmah reading, a manufactured loyalty built on a fabricated origin story.

This view extends to the Federation's stated disinterest in liberating Earth: "The Galactic Federation is not interested in liberating Earth because there is nothing to liberate it from other than from themselves. They see no need because it is they who are running and controlling everything that is going on there" (S-118).

The Urmah perspective does not contradict the facts of the Alfratan story — that they were in cages, that forces arrived and destroyed the Reptilians, that they were rebuilt as a civilisation. What it challenges is the framing. Was the Federation rescuing the Alfratans from an external occupier, or was it one arm of the Federation resetting another arm's experiment? The answer depends entirely on whether one accepts the Federation's self-presentation as a coalition of independent races or views it, as the Urmah do, as a single controlling entity playing multiple roles.

This tension is directly relevant to the question of why the Alfratans follow the Federation so closely. If the liberation was genuine, their loyalty is rational gratitude. If it was pantomime, their loyalty is the product of a managed narrative — which is precisely what the Urmah suspect.

Evolution Across Speakers

Swaruu of Erra (2020) provides the founding narrative: Phaethon as Reptilian farm, Earth humans as livestock, Federation liberation of 1560, mentor-race rehabilitation, Alfratans as now the most active fleet around Earth, mixed-race Latino appearance, Black Knights as their ships.

Yazhi Swaruu (2021) provides the philosophical framework for their loyalty: perception agreements, layered roles in reality's game, Alfratans and Antarians as Federation agents who follow protocols not from coercion but from their own framework of understanding — they share Earth's concept of evil Reptilians but also understand these as Earth-specific manifestations.

Aneeka of Temmer (2022) provides the operational and cultural picture: Alfratan ship Valery attacked by directed energy from Earth (Cabal factions settling scores), Alfratan language as blended Earth languages, limited telepathic usage, disc-shaped ships, their role as "cops" around Earth, technological inferiority to Taygetan vessels.

Athena Swaruu (2022) adds the political context: warring factions at all levels including within the Federation and the Cabal, Alfratans caught between these factions, Earth controllers wanting the entire solar system and beyond.

Arishah the Urmah (2023–2024) provides the radical counternarrative: the liberation of Alfrata was "pantomime, a reset" — the Federation controlled both the farm and the liberation, and the Alfratans' gratitude is the product of a managed narrative rather than a genuine rescue.
