The Orion Council, which they once led as a purely negative force, has transformed under their leadership into something the Taygetans now describe as allied with Earth's liberation (004).
Below the Alpha Draconians in the Reptilian hierarchy sit the species that actually run Earth's control systems: the Kingu (the most numerous), the Usungal, the Naga, and the Draco — separated into three major clans known as Vlash, Vlad, and Vrill (213). These species regard the Alpha Draconians as deities, but they do not follow the positive Alpha Draconians' example — and the material notes that negative Alpha Draco factions, while not physically present near Earth, may still influence the lower species remotely through portals and technology (110).
Physical Description
Swaruu's description in transcript 110 is the primary source and reads like a zoological profile of the dragon of Western mythology. An adult male Alpha Draco exceeds twelve metres in height, can weigh fifteen metric tons or more, and has a head the size of a compact car, "full of teeth." They walk on four legs due to their enormous weight but frequently rear up on two to use their hands. Their wings are functional — "the size of a plane, because they fly and do so very well" (110).
Their scales are described as armour-like, capable of bouncing off 5.56 and possibly 7.62 calibre bullets. They see in complete darkness through infrared/thermal vision. Their most distinctive offensive capability is not fire-breathing in the mythological sense but something functionally similar: they emit liquid through their front fangs, and when this liquid contacts an oxygen-rich atmosphere, it ignites. Swaruu describes this as "natural Napalm" (110).
They are egg-laying but warm-blooded, maintaining stable body temperature. They are sexual, with distinct male and female genders. Their lifespan extends to "several thousand linear years" (110).
Swaruu's cultural reference for the best visual approximation: Smaug from the Lord of the Rings films, though "it has too many spikes — they are smoother on the head. The spikes are useless but yes, above the eyes like a rattlesnake. And towards the back of the skull as a shield" (110). The film "Reign of Fire" is also cited as a good alternative representation.
Origin and Distribution
The Alpha Draconians' origin is described as genuinely unknown — even to themselves. They come from "another timeline, another galaxy" and have colonised the Alpha Draconis constellation but did not originate there (110). They have always operated on thousands of planets and do not know their original homeworld. They are described as "very, very ancient beings as a species."
This unknowable origin distinguishes them from most other races in the material, which can typically trace their lineage to specific star systems. The Alpha Draconians are presented as something older and more fundamental — a species that predates the galactic civilisation framework the other races operate within.
They have thousands of colonised planets and are the most dominant species in the sector alongside the Urmah. Their relationship with the Urmah is described as one of mutual respect born from equal ferocity: "they compete to be the most dominant of this galaxy or sector. But they respect each other mutually and it is a great achievement for the Urmah because they weigh only 10% of an Alpha Draco, although their ferocity is the same" (110).
The Distinction Between Alpha Draconians and Other Reptilians
This is the most important conceptual point in the material. Alpha Draconians are not the Reptilians running Earth. They are to the Reptilian family what the Urmah are to felines — the apex species, sitting above all others in the hierarchy. But the species actually operating on Earth and through the Cabal are lower-order Reptilians.
Swaruu is explicit: "Draconians are one species and Alpha Draconians are a different one" (004). The internet confusion between small Dracos (three to four metres tall, wingless or smaller-winged) and the massive Alpha Dracos (twelve-plus metres, fully winged) is identified as a major source of misinformation.
The hierarchy of Reptilian species on Earth, as described in transcript 213, places the Kingu as the dominant resident species — the most numerous on Earth — but controlled from above by the Usungal, Naga, and Draco. These are separated into three major clans: Vlash, Vlad, and Vrill, which "are related and work in coordination with each other, but some are stronger than others in various parts of the world" (213). The Vrill clan specifically was the link between the Reptilian faction and the Nazis, with Hitler described as an organic portal for Vrill Reptilians.
The graphic Swaruu provides in transcript 110 shows the main branches of the Sauroid/Reptilian family tree, ordered from highest to lowest. At the top are the Alpha Dracos. Below them, the Seraphim divide into two branches: Seraphim Seraphey (which can be positive or negative) and Seraphim Dracos (described as only negative). Gosia's surprise that Seraphim are Reptilians — "I believed that they were angels" — prompts Swaruu's response: "This is a reptilian infiltration into the Christian culture. They are reptiles. Below the Seraphim come the Kingu, Usungal, Naga, and innumerable other Sauroid species, many of which regard the Alpha Draconians as deities.
Spirituality and Evolution
The Alpha Draconians' spiritual evolution is one of the most striking elements of the account. Despite being the galaxy's most formidable predators, they are described as "very advanced and close to the Source or the All. Multidimensional" (110). They spend two-thirds of their life sleeping — in the astral, not in physical dormancy. The parallel with the Urmah is explicitly noted: "the other dominant species, the Urmah, they too spend two thirds of their lives sleeping" (110). Both apex predator species have converged on a life pattern dominated by non-physical experience.
They are now vegan, eating only synthetic meat (110). This parallels the Urmah, who also retain their sharp teeth but no longer hunt (029). Swaruu frames this as part of consciousness progression: predation is described as a lower consciousness state where the ego develops through the concept of "me versus you," and advancement means transcending that dynamic. "You simply cannot be an advanced race and be carnivorous" (029). The Alpha Draconians and the Urmah are presented as proof that even the most formidable biological predators in the galaxy evolved beyond the need to consume others.
Their telepathy is described as strong and central to their communication — they are "mainly telepathic" and this extends to empathy: "being very telepathic they are also empathic among themselves and with other species. They have evolved spiritually beyond the need to be invasive and aggressive" (110). When they do speak verbally, their voice is described as making "everything rumble as if it was Jehovah (God) talking" — so deep and powerful that it resonates through physical structures.
Political Position
The Alpha Draconians are not members of the Federation. They have their own Alpha Draconis High Council and are members of the Orion Council (110). This is significant because the Orion Council was originally the primary opposition to the Federation — "completely negative" when it was created almost two million years ago (004). But the Alpha Draconians who now lead the Orion Council in this galactic quadrant "have evolved into kind and positive beings that are our friends and aiding Earth's ascension and liberation" (004).
The relationship with the Federation is described as "cordial and of mutual respect. Many times that of cooperation" (110). They cooperate with Federation races and have done so for thousands of years. The two positive Alpha Draco ships in Earth orbit represent their direct contribution to the Earth situation — they are here to prevent negative Alpha Draco factions and lower Reptilian species from operating unchecked.
However, not all Alpha Draconians have made this transition. Swaruu notes that "there are still isolated negative Alpha Draco factions. But the positives hold them at a distance and they hunt them down" (110). The negative factions are not physically present near Earth but may influence lower Reptilian species remotely: "It is not known for sure; it is only suspected. And if so, not directly, but by remote communication, portals, and technology" (110).
The Anunnaki Connection
Like many races in the material, the Alpha Draconians are entangled with the "Anunnaki" label — but the material insists this label refers to all races that contacted Earth in antiquity, not to any single species. Swaruu states: "Annunaki is the set of races, any of those in contact with Earth in the past is the Annunaki" (110). The Taygetans are Anunnaki by this definition. So are the Alpha Draconians. So is every other race on the family tree.
The specific association of "Anunnaki" with Reptilians is traced to Zechariah Sitchin's work, described as deliberate Vatican-directed misinformation (340). The actual Reptilian presence on Earth involves multiple species operating through the Kingu-Usungal-Naga-Draco hierarchy, not a single "Anunnaki" race.
Living Conditions and Culture
Alpha Draconians live primarily as intra-terrestrials — inside mountains and enormous caves. "With their size it is not practical to construct buildings. The shape of their ships: mostly like huge black backwards spiked artichokes" (110). They prefer gold and precious stones for their jewellery, and generally wear nothing except ornamental pieces, with occasional "enormous ceremonial togas" the size of "movie theatre curtains" that must be worn with wings retracted (110).
Their society is described as "advanced patriarchally-holographic" (110). They are interstellar, with enormous ships possessing warp capacity. Communication with other races is almost exclusively technological — face-to-face meetings are rare given the practical challenges of scale.
They are described as "hermetic" — socially closed, not venturing far outside their circle of acquaintances and relatives. Despite being respectful of other races, "they are elitists. It's hard not to believe you are better than others being an Alpha Draco!" (110). Swaruu doubts they have starseeds on Earth, citing their insular nature, though she acknowledges she cannot be fully certain.
The Dragon Mythology Connection
Swaruu's account explicitly connects the Alpha Draconians to Earth's dragon mythology: "All the 'myths' of the dragons come from them. Far from being myths they reflect the majesty of these creatures" (110). Every culture on Earth that has dragon stories — breathing fire, hoarding gold, living in caves or mountains — is described as preserving genuine observations of Alpha Draconian presence on Earth during earlier periods of contact.
The fire-breathing mechanism (incendiary liquid from fangs igniting on contact with air), the preference for gold, the subterranean habitation — each element of dragon mythology maps directly onto the biological and cultural characteristics described. As with the "fallen angels" concept, the mythological encoding is presented as more accurate than modern humans typically assume, distorted primarily by the passage of time and the loss of the extraterrestrial context.
