Why did souls on Earth start generating NPCs — did it begin when the Moon started its low-frequency attack?

Short answer: The material does not describe NPC generation as something that began at a specific historical moment. The generation of backdrop people is presented as a fundamental feature of how consciousness creates reality, not as a by-product of the Moon technology installed 12,500 years ago. Real souls generate the world around them through their collective attention — including the people in it. This is how the Original Matrix works, and it operated before the 3D overlay existed. What the Moon did was concentrate, suppress, and manipulate the reality that real souls were already generating, creating a more controlled and lower-frequency version of a process that was already happening. The 3D technology did not cause NPC generation — it weaponised it.


The NPC mechanism is consciousness, not technology

The foundational description of unreal people in Transcript 009 links their existence directly to consciousness, not to any machine. Swaruu described them as energy generated by the Matrix in response to the attention of real souls. They appear when observed, disappear when attention moves elsewhere, and respond with pre-programmed reactions when engaged. Their thinking is collective, not local — it comes from the Matrix mainframe, which Swaruu located in the lunar computer system (Transcript 009).

But Swaruu also described the broader mechanism of reality generation in terms that predate the Moon entirely. In Transcript 019, she explained the Original Matrix — the 5D reality that existed before the 3D overlay — as a set of perception agreements between real souls. This Original Matrix was not technological. It was set up by all real souls, as a necessity to expand, even having an illusion of separation. The key concept, she said, is to understand how the attention of a consciousness will turn potential energy into something that reflects its intent (Transcript 019).

This means that the process by which consciousness generates reality — including the people and objects within it — is a fundamental feature of existence, not something the Moon introduced. The Moon's computer system manages and controls how this generation works within the 3D bandwidth, but the generative principle itself belongs to consciousness.

What the Moon actually does

The 3D Matrix operates through three methods, as Swaruu described in Transcript 056:

The first is frequency suppression. The Moon transmits destructive interference frequencies that limit human perception to the 3D bandwidth — roughly the range of white light and the five physical senses. This does not create reality; it restricts how much of reality can be perceived.

The second is holographic projection. The Moon's computers superimpose images onto the 5D surface of the Earth — buildings, objects, and elements that do not exist in 5D but appear solid within the 3D frequency range. This is the mechanism by which cities are mostly Matrix-generated while nature is mostly real, as Aneeka described (Transcript 006).

The third is mind control. The Moon transmits localised frequencies that guide and limit the thoughts of people within the 3D field. This is described as the heart of the Matrix — the other two methods merely set the stage for this one. The Matrix reads the intention of consciousness and forms it into something tangible. Each person within the Matrix who is not aware of it is, by definition, the Matrix itself (Transcript 056).

What this reveals is that the Moon does not independently generate NPCs. It manages the environment in which real souls generate their reality, and it constrains and directs how that generation works. The NPCs are not projections from the Moon's computer — they are manifestations of the real souls' collective attention, filtered through and managed by the Moon's systems.

The Collective Unconscious as the true generator

The deeper explanation comes from how the Swaruu group describes the Collective Unconscious. The real people on Earth — those with souls — collectively generate the reality they inhabit. Their beliefs, fears, expectations, and agreements determine what manifests. This includes everything: wars, weather events, volcanic eruptions, economic systems, and people.

Swaruu was explicit about this: all the negative aspects and events in the world — wars, weather events, catastrophes, volcanoes and tsunamis — are an exteriorised Matrix-read reflection of what the real people there have manifested for themselves. What you see outside in the world is a direct reflection of the inner world in the psyche of the people (Transcript 019).

If volcanic eruptions and wars are generated by the collective psyche, then so are the people who populate those events. The unreal people are described as no different from any other Matrix element — they are more of the same. As Swaruu put it: the false people are nothing more than more of the same. You see more people, but they are more Matrix, and they do not differ from more volcanic eruptions, or more taxes, or more of anything (Transcript 009).

The egregor framework from Transcript 084 reinforces this. Swaruu described all manifestations — including regressive entities, fears, and the entire structure of negative reality — as projections of consciousness. Only a few are creating everything, she said. Those with soul. The rest are just their egregors, their shadows (Transcript 084). She described this as applying at every level — from individual fears manifesting personal problems to collective fears manifesting entire races and civilisations.

Did the 3D installation worsen the ratio?

The material does not provide a before-and-after comparison of NPC ratios. However, several elements suggest that the 3D installation dramatically changed the conditions in which NPCs are generated.

Before the 3D Matrix was installed 12,500 years ago, Earth existed in 5D. The real souls inhabiting it had expanded awareness, fuller perception, and — crucially — greater conscious control over what they manifested. In 5D, as Swaruu described, you know you are Source, so you can control your feelings and thoughts to change your world (Transcript 019). The implication is that in 5D, real souls would have been more aware of and more intentional about what their collective generated.

The 3D installation changed this by suppressing perception, inducing memory loss, and imposing belief systems that made people feel limited and powerless. The Reptilian hack that followed made things worse — it used mind control to make people manifest a shorter lifespan, a more fearful worldview, and a more controlled reality. The system was flawed, it got intervened and hacked, Swaruu explained. Things like ageing fast are not part of the Matrix directly, but programmed from the inside after it was installed, using belief patterns of and from the people (Transcript 005).

If the 3D installation caused people to manifest a more fearful, limited, and controlled reality — and if NPCs are part of that manifested reality — then the 3D installation almost certainly increased the proportion and density of backdrop people. Not because the Moon generates them directly, but because the suppressed, fearful, and disconnected consciousness of the real souls generates a denser, more populated backdrop.

The Moon's low-frequency suppression created the conditions in which real souls, stripped of their memory and awareness, generate a world that is approximately seventy-five percent empty. Whether the ratio was different before the 3D installation — whether 5D Earth had fewer backdrop people, or none at all — the material does not say directly.

NPCs likely exist outside Earth too

Yazhi addressed this when she noted that the NPC phenomenon is not necessarily unique to Earth. She said she did not see why NPC generation would not also apply outside, outside the Earth. Since it is something subjective, she continued, you could also say that everything is real, because the experience is the same and because it was decided by someone real (Transcript 320).

This strongly suggests that backdrop generation is a feature of consciousness in any density, not a product of the 3D Earth technology specifically. If real souls generate backdrop in 5D as well as in 3D, then the phenomenon predates the Moon and cannot have been caused by it.

What the Moon did was create a particularly extreme version of the phenomenon. The combination of frequency suppression, memory wipe, and mind control produced a population of real souls who are largely unconscious of their creative power — and who therefore generate a reality that is heavily populated by background elements, including people, that reflect their programmed fears and limited beliefs.

The fear mechanism

Transcript 084 provides the deepest explanation for why NPC generation is so intense on Earth. Swaruu described fear as the primary engine of manifestation — not because fear has special metaphysical properties, but because fear concentrates attention. When you fear something, your attention locks onto it with extreme intensity. The universe, reading that concentrated attention, manifests what you are focused on.

In 5D, real souls understand this mechanism and can manage their attention. On Earth, inside the 3D suppression field, real souls do not understand it. They fear constantly — death, poverty, disease, other people, the unknown — and each fear generates its corresponding manifestation. The NPCs who populate the world are, in this framework, part of the total manifestation of a fear-driven collective. They are the crowd at the accident scene, the strangers in the waiting room, the masses on the news — the populated reality of a world whose real inhabitants are generating from a state of fear rather than awareness.

Swaruu put it bluntly: wherever you pay attention, and it is complemented by others exponentially, you create whatever you are paying attention to (Transcript 084). The NPC population is not a deliberate creation but an emergent property of misdirected creative attention — amplified and sustained by the 3D Matrix technology that keeps the real souls focused on exactly the wrong things.
