Short Answer

The material provides several layers of explanation for why reptilians were not eliminated after the ancient wars, each given at progressively greater depth. The simplest layer: after the Tiamat catastrophe 12,500 years ago, the Federation was severely weakened and chose to install the 3D Matrix as a containment barrier while it recovered — locking the remaining reptilians in rather than finishing the fight (138). The next layer: the Federation learned over hundreds of thousands of years that regressive races cannot be subdued with weapons because the military approach failed — it destroyed an entire planet and 75% of both sides' forces without resolving the problem (138). The deepest layer, presented most fully in transcript 086: the Federation concluded that regressive races are not independent beings with their own connection to Source but egregors — manifestations of the fears and unresolved consciousness of positive races. You cannot kill an egregor with a plasma weapon. You can only stop generating it. The reptilians were "allowed" to continue because they are, from this perspective, a reflection of the very races fighting them — and eliminating the reflection without addressing the source would be futile.

From there, the logic extends: the 3D Matrix was installed not merely to contain reptilians but to contain the Lyrian tendency to manifest nightmares until humans learn to control their own creative power (086). The Federation became not a military force against regressives but a system of mentorship over the race that generates them. This is why, as Athena Swaruu puts it, regressive races are "not a problem in space" — the Federation "swept away evil races long ago" through consciousness, not warfare (183). What remains on Earth is a contained human manifestation that must be resolved by humans themselves.

The Tiamat Wars and the Immediate Aftermath

Swaruu provides the historical foundation in transcript 138. The Great Expansion, approximately one million years ago, scattered some 400,000 human-like races across this galactic sector after a reptilian invasion of the Vega/Avalon/Lyra region. The Federation was born from the survival need of those scattered Lyrian peoples. The wars that followed — the Orion Wars in broader terminology — continued for hundreds of thousands of years. Earth became a battleground when reptilians invaded the Lyrian colony that had been established there.

The critical event was the Tiamat incident, 12,500 years ago. The reptilians, knowing the Federation was approaching, set up a fictitious base on planet Tiamat to transmit decoy signals and mount an ambush. A large Federation combat fleet led by Taygeta entered the solar system, fell into the trap, and "there was tremendous space combat of epic proportions even by today's standards, and it resulted in the destruction of more than 75% of the forces of both the Federation and the Reptilians" (138). The weapons used — zero-point and thermonuclear — destabilised Tiamat's ocean and magnetosphere, destroying the planet entirely. The resulting cataclysm devastated Mars, flooded Earth, destroyed both Atlantis (the reptilian civilisation) and Lemuria (the Taygetan resistance base), and rearranged the orbital dynamics of the entire solar system.

What remained after the flood was "a vastly destroyed reptilian culture with no technology left and a small amount of Lyrian people" (138). The reptilians were few in numbers compared to the surviving Lyrians, so they shifted from physical enslavement to mind control. The Federation, severely weakened by its own losses, chose a specific response: "3D Matrix suppression system was placed by the Federation right after the flood. At that time the Federation was very weak and facing a lot of problems, also because of the cataclysms" (138). The Moon — described as an old and damaged biosphere ship of Andromedan construction — was repurposed to project an electromagnetic barrier around Earth "to prevent the negative reptilians from escaping while the Federation could return to finish what they started" (138).

This is the first layer of explanation: containment by necessity. The Federation did not have the resources to finish the war, so it sealed the battlefield.

Why Weapons Failed

The second layer emerges from the Federation's own historical learning. Swaruu frames this explicitly in transcript 086: "The Federation was created a long time ago to fight evil, the regressive races. But they could never subdue them with weapons. Today they know that the solution is with ethics, with consciousness and wisdom" (086).

The Tiamat catastrophe was the ultimate proof of this principle. The Federation committed its largest fleet, engaged in the most destructive battle in its recorded history, obliterated an entire planet, and the problem was not solved. Remnant reptilians continued on Earth. The concept of regressive invasion continued in the collective consciousness. No amount of military force resolved the underlying issue, because the underlying issue was never military.

Swaruu draws a sharp contrast between the Federation's current position and its ancient one: "I don't see regressive ships here... only those that come from Earth" (086). The Federation's space is not troubled by regressive races. The problem is localised to Earth — not because Earth is uniquely invaded, but because Earth is where the unresolved consciousness that generates regressives is concentrated.

Athena Swaruu reinforces this in transcript 183, approaching it from the outside-looking-in perspective of Federation races on their home planets: "Regressive ET races are not a problem in space, nothing to really be of any concern. This is because of many reasons, for example the most obvious one would be that the Federation and its web of influence is so large that they swept away evil races long ago. So from this point of view they have transcended evil, at least the classic evil" (183).

The "sweeping away" was not military extermination. It was the collective consciousness of Federation races learning to stop generating the fear-based egregors that regressives are. The interstellar races achieved this. Humanity has not yet.

Regressives as Egregor — The Core Principle

The deepest layer is the egregor framework, presented most fully in transcript 086. Swaruu states it in absolute terms: "There are no longer regressive races, all regressive races are a manifestation of poorly focused, unethical and low spiritual evolution of positive races" (086). This is not presented as metaphor or philosophical position — it is presented as operational fact within the material's framework.

The logic runs as follows. Evil, defined as the tendency to self-destruction, cannot sustain itself independently: "The dark source would self-destruct immediately. Or it would have a sense of self-preservation, correct? But that is integration, it is love. So it is not the dark source. It cannot exist logically" (086). Anything without its own connection to Source can only exist as the creation of something with a connection to Source. Therefore, "those with souls control those without. So people control regressives with mind and consciousness" (086).

The practical consequence is severe: "The Federation does not cooperate with any regressive reptiles... And the Reptiles of before have been manifested by multiple races off Earth, but long ago. From there the concept is filtered to Earth" (086). The reptilians that the Lyrians fought during the Great Expansion were themselves manifested by the Lyrian races' own fears — fears that the fleeing Lyrians carried with them to Earth: "The Earth from before did not have Lyrians manifesting Reptiles, and they manifested them because they brought those concepts from other nightmares lived on other planets during the Great expansion" (086).

When Gosia directly asks whether the Federation fought real Reptilians at Tiamat and in the Orion Wars, Swaruu confirms: "That did go on... But it's again a matter of perspective. The Lyrians of those times themselves manifested all that, a long, long time ago" (086). The wars were real. The destruction of Tiamat was real. The death toll was real. But the regressives fighting in those wars were, at the deepest level, egregors generated by the very races they were fighting against. This is why weapons failed — you cannot destroy a reflection while continuing to stand before the mirror.

The 3D Matrix as a Consciousness Classroom

With this framework established, the purpose of the 3D Matrix shifts fundamentally. Swaruu addresses this shift explicitly when asked why the 3D was really installed: "From a simplistic perspective the truth [is that it was to lock up the reptiles]. But from a slightly more expanded point of view can be interpreted differently... Why are there Reptiles to lock up? Because the concept of 'bad' Reptile is human creation, of the Lyrians. Of their manifestation power. So the Federation locked up the Lyrians until they stop manifesting Reptiles" (086).

The containment is not of reptilians — it is of the consciousness that generates them. The Van Allen Bands, the 3D frequency suppression, the entire Matrix system exists because the Federation cannot allow an immature race that manifests nightmares into interstellar society where manifestation is instantaneous. In 5D, where thought manifests rapidly, uncontrolled fear-based creation would be catastrophic not only for humans but for neighbouring races. Swaruu uses a direct analogy: "You have 40 aliens, of which 35 know how to manifest things and know how to create the perfect world in which to flourish, but five still do not understand how. So they themselves generate their own nightmares because they don't understand the mechanism of the law of mirrors that governs this Universe. So those five aliens became compatible with not being included among the 35... Those five aliens are called humans" (086).

The "allowance" of reptilians is therefore not permissiveness toward an enemy — it is the consequence of allowing a developing race to face its own creations. As Swaruu puts it: "The Federation does not create conflicts by inventing things from nothing... What they do is give humans a little more power. In the form of consciousness because consciousness is power. And with this they manage to manifest things, good or bad. And they must take responsibility for the bad things they do themselves" (086). Removing the reptilians by external force would be analogous to a parent doing a child's homework — the child learns nothing and recreates the same problems.

The Federation's Ongoing Role

Transcript 098 provides the operational picture of how this plays out in practice. Aneeka reveals that the Federation is "not only being permissive but directly giving orders on what to do next" regarding Earth affairs, maintaining existing power structures including the Illuminati chain of command because "the Federation or any invasive outside force cannot come and remove all the control mechanisms of a society, without plunging it into unnecessarily large chaos" (098). The analogy used is the post-2003 Iraq invasion, where removing all political and control systems produced worse outcomes than the systems they replaced.

When asked specifically about reptilians, Aneeka responds: "Lizards, as reptilian races, not all are regressive." And Nai'Shara adds: "And finally they are human creations" (098). The Federation sees the Satanist elements, the reptilian controllers, the entire regressive infrastructure as "a minor problem that will be solved as they take full control of the Earth" — not through military action against reptilians, but through the broader process of human consciousness development.

Transcript 100 reveals the deeper dissatisfaction from the Taygetan crew regarding this approach. Swaruu states that the Federation "had plenty of time to remove the problem, thousands of years. It does not want to remove the problem" (100) — but then clarifies this is because the Federation views the challenges as the mechanism of growth itself. What appears from inside as cruelty appears from above as education, and the Taygetan position is that the cost in human suffering is too high for the lesson being taught.

The Cyclical Pattern

Yazhi provides the broadest temporal perspective in transcript 116. The current situation is not unique — it is the seventh iteration: "They have done it many times before, six times they have destroyed the Earth civilization and the 3D Matrix before" (116). Each cycle follows the same pattern: the 3D Matrix is installed, souls incarnate, some begin to awaken and destabilise the system, controlled opposition is deployed, and when the number of awakened beings exceeds a threshold, the Matrix is dissolved and rebuilt.

The reptilians are never eliminated between cycles because they are not a separate problem — they are an intrinsic feature of the system that reappears each time the system is rebuilt, generated anew by the fears of the incarnating souls. This is why the Federation maintains them rather than removing them: "As long as the False 3D Matrix is standing, whatever version, it serves as an experience for souls. That's the purpose. But due to the inherent instability of the system, each Matrix has a finite life" (116).

The implication is that the question itself contains a false premise. The reptilians were not "allowed" to continue as though the Federation had the option to remove them and chose not to. The reptilians continue because they are the shadow side of the consciousness experiment — they are what humanity manifests from its unresolved fears, and they will persist for exactly as long as those fears persist. The day humanity collectively stops generating them, they cease to exist. That, according to this material, is the only way they have ever ceased to exist — it is how the interstellar Federation races resolved the problem in their own histories, and it is why the Federation insists that humans must do the same.

Evolution Across Speakers

Swaruu of Erra (2020) provides the historical and metaphysical foundation: the Great Expansion, the Tiamat catastrophe, the 3D Matrix installation, the Federation's transition from military to consciousness-based approach, the egregor principle that regressives are manifestations of positive races' fears, and the teacher-student framework for the Federation's current role.

Athena Swaruu (2021) provides the outside perspective: Federation races on their home worlds don't see Earth as a problem planet, they see it as a contained educational realm. Regressives are not a concern in space because the Federation "swept away evil races long ago" through consciousness development, not warfare. The concepts of evil found on Earth are unique to Earth.

Yazhi Swaruu (2020) provides the cyclical-historical and multi-perspectival view: the 3D Matrix has been built and destroyed at least six times before, each reset triggered when too many souls awaken. The Federation, the people, and the regressives are all part of one integrated system — a "soup of perspectives" where no single level holds the complete truth, and the inability of any level to see the others' perspectives is itself the core problem.

Aneeka of Temmer (2020) provides the operational frustration: the Federation works through existing Earth power structures including regressive elements, maintaining them as one maintains regional governors in an occupied territory, because removing them would produce worse chaos. Factions of terrestrial reptilians work with the Federation, as does the entire Illuminati chain of command.
